The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. My order was completely wrong. Nothing was right. My drink was wrong. The entree was wrong and then I get halfway down the road and find out that my drink was handed to me with a HOLE in the bottom of it. My cupholders have turned into sweet tea swimming pools. It was an absolute mess.

How the heck do you guys not have chicken always ready? Cashier guy can barely hear orders and then he will tell you 20 minutes later that they don't have what you ordered.

They forgot my spoon for my dirty rice. Thankfully I was still in the parking lot when I discovered this.
I go through the drive-through and order chicken Supremes put my straw in the drink. Pick the drink up to drink on the way home and it’s leaking on me. No big deal I think well maybe it’s got a hole in the bottom of it so I put some napkins in the cupholder by the time I get home I only have a quarter of my drink left and it only takes me about 10 minutes to get home. I’ll look at my cup and it’s split all the way down the side They gave me that cup at the drive-through. And now I tried to call them and let them know and I can’t get my call to go through. Nice service Bojangles!😡😡😡
If you show up st 10, just know they not gonna cook you any more side dishes. They cleaning.

Cant seem to get any order correct my past 5 visits where completely messed up it's when the shift manager is working guy with glasses if he's working i bet your order will be missing a straw.wrong drink.missing sandwich etc im tired of it so I'm contacting corporate for some answers this guy sucks he needs to slow his roll and get i5 right.but now I'm head hunting his ass has to go as he alone is killing the service. Other managers are great and always make it right but don't see the problem. If they did he would be gone for sure it's always when I'm down the road and have to go back I'm over it so if he sees this review I'm not going to stop until problem is taken care of he ends to be away from windows and front and put in charge of picking up cigarette butt's in parking lot .he might not mess that up I've been patient but now it's become costly as I have to return to store after he messes up order.how can he be that incompetent as he is get a clue bud you suck at your job
