Some of the worst food from a fast food place I’ve ever gotten. My fries were cold and were almost as hard as plastic. I’m not over exaggerating. My sandwich was a joke. Had about a whole head of lettuce and the sandwich itself was not even close to worth it. It was tiny. I’ve been to this location a few times and never had a good experience. Won’t be returning to that location. Fix your store. Seriously! Do better!

Worst Bojangles food quality I have had in a long time.Asked for Bo Rounds "well done", received cold and mushy.Asked for sweet tea, received unsweet.Asked for a Cajun filet biscuit, received a gristly piece of chicken in between two mushy flat biscuit halves.Disappointed

I don't understand why you are charged extra for something you get less then normal. Why when you go to a bo chicken club yet given grilled chicken. Ordered extra mayo and lettuce this what I got little to no mayo I piece of Lettuce. This is the 4th time I've payed extra but got less or not gotten the full order.. not sure I will continue to use this store... and yes I send alot of money here weekly but refuse to be charged extra and not get what's payed for..Also you have alot of employees with attitudes with other employees infront of customer not cool.. I do have to give credit to the ladies taken orders for walk in they doing a amazing job and always has EXPECUALLY the one with braids this after noon. ( as you see half the bun had no mayo diffently wasn't extra

The front cashier was not wearing gloves while preparing food. Not washing hands after taking money, touching lids, inside cups, and returning them back to the stack of unused stack. This store needs to take a look at the health code policy really closely. You are also not supposed to have nail polish on, and most of the women working had polish on their nails. They all just need a lesson in hygiene!

By far the worst I've ever experienced. Three different occasions we get our food home and either wasn't what we ordered or was shorted. Won't be going there again. Called to make a complaint to the manager all she could say was I didn't pack your order. Got half the the food we paid for.

I've been here twice. Both times, my chicken tasted like it had been there for a while. And the seasoned fries were cold and there was no seasoning. The order of Bo-tato rounds was good and hot. I'm a big fan of Bojangles, and this is kinda disheartening. Especially seeing as I had no time to go back and have it remade.
