I’ve tried Buffalo Wild Wings three times, and each visit has been an absolute nightmare. Getting seated is a chaotic ordeal—no one greets you or acknowledges you; they just walk right past like you don’t exist. It takes 15 minutes just to get someone to take your drink order, and the service only gets worse from there. Appetizers arrive after my kids’ meals, and my wings don’t show up until 20 minutes after that—by then, my kids are done eating and half-asleep, and my food’s cold. The pretzels were burnt to a crisp, practically crumbling in your hands, and the staff never brings sauce, checks for refills, or bothers to come back after dropping off your order. Then, when you’re finally ready to leave, you have to hunt someone down just to get your check. I always end up tracking down a random waitress myself and walking to the front, where I have to beg someone at the desk to check me out. It’s completely absurd and hands-down the worst service I’ve ever experienced, three times in a row.

I would say this is the slowest Buffalo Wild Wings I have went to. I called in, waited 45 minutes to wait additional time for the person to be texting on their phone while I waited the additional time. I understand getting on your phone when there isn’t something to do however being selfish and making people wait on your work time is completely unacceptable. This has happened on multiple occasions, last situation, they didn’t even put my order in when I had called it. I only had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Please get it together.

I didn’t even eat here. Walked in and there was no service at all. When the hostess showed up she was super rude and they were under staffed to boot on a Friday. I’ve had better times on the toilet 🤣…would not recommend this place

The bacon hatch Chile burger was amazing, but our waitress barely showed. She was actually sitting in the booth behind us for over 10 minutes before she visited our table the first time. She must have heard us complaining and talking about going to Chili's.
The menu had some sort of sticky sauce on it which should have been a clue to bolt. I love this place but & never had this poor of service here.

The last 2 times we’ve been here the service has been atrocious. The first time we just chocked it up to a bad visit, but the second time you can tell there’s a genuine problem with how this place is ran. Our first visit our waitress forgot my boyfriends drink he ordered… 3 times. They brought mine and we kept asking about his and she kept saying “oh yeah they are making it now!” He didn’t get it until 45 minutes later and our meal was basically done so he had to gulp it down. Second time we had a different server (but the server from the first time was the one to seat us, she walked past a table threw menus down and kept speed walking past us) we stood puzzled for a second and we’re like okay… I guess were sitting here? Our actual server started off nice until we needed refills on soda. She came over twice, looked directly at our cups, and walked off. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt at first like maybe she is getting them but no, we had to call her over and ask for them and she looked confused and questioned “you both want them?” (Both our glasses were empty???) yeah, we do. Again at this point, our meal was almost over anyway so it was pointless to get a refill then anyways. Safe to say we will not be coming back for a long time, until this location gets staff that actually gives a damn.

This place went from a favorite to trash. Food was cold and tasted like we were eating food from lunch at 6:45pm. The staff seemed like it was a hangout instead of a place to work. Very disappointed and we won’t be back

Went in on a Wednesday night, had to wait 5 mins to even be seated. Then was sat on the bar side. No one ever came to even greet us or take our drink order. Several workers walked by us but no one stopped to wait on us. We waited for over 15 mins to try and give them the benefit and f doubt, and they were not busy either. So we left and will not be back. My question is where in the world was the manager and why weren’t they on the floor helping?
If yall like feathers on your wings, this location is your place! Disgusting. Place smells like sweat and puke.

3 out if 10 times I have went into the hickory buffalo wild wings have I actually got decent service from there. Its sad. Tonight me and my boyfriend had ordered 2 burgers with loaded fries 2 drinks. We had to wait over an hour for our food and 1 refill on my boyfriends tea and i got none . We got no silverware and no napkins. I had to get napkins by a random person walking by. I could see more if it was really crowded and busy but it wasnt. When they finally did bring our food out our fries was not loaded. Then the waitress took them back and come back with hardly a few bacon bits on them and said they was loaded. The most pathic display of loaded fries i have ever seen. I told her I was not paying for those. The waitress claims it was the cooks fault and that she made her manager aware. It could have have been some the cooks fault but not totally. To make it worse the manager didn't even speak to us at all. We had to go to the front counter to wait on our check. The waitress brought it to us and said that the manager took off the fries but didn't have the best attitude considering we have had to wait for over an hour for our food and our order wasn't even right. Im understanding of the waitress to a point but the fact the manager didn't even approach us just topped the worst experience at buffalo's I have had yet. With all the times I have had bad services I will strongly reconsider going back to the hickory buffalo wild wings
Takes forever been here 30 minutes waiting on a to go order!

Me and my husband went in for lunch and was sat and they was not busy what so ever and you could hear the employees laughing in the kitchen and cracking up, waited 10 minutes never got our drink order taken, we walked out. This location has really went downhill.

I would order food, but no one ever answers the phone and both the app and the site don’t work. When it gets fixed, I’ll remove my rating.

As others have said, this location seems to struggle with seating people. My 3 year old and I came in and saw several servers look our way and not acknowledge us. The guy behind the to-go counter appeared and disappeared a couple of times.
After about 5 mins, I just grabbed menus and found an open table. Server came right over. Had I not been really craving wings, I’d have left.

We stood at the front of the store for minutes and several servers walked by and didn’t acknowledge us or try to seat us. Very disappointed especially because there were no other customers. We used to love this place. Probably won’t come back again

Tl;dr Terrible service. Wait times were excessive even with almost nobody there. Waited fifty minutes for hot wings, only to find out there were no hot wings. To make matters worse, our waitress had been aware of this for a long time without telling us. Also, TVs briefly stopped working during NFL playoff game. There were other minor issues, too.
I feel like I’m a pretty understanding person when it comes to stuff like this- but last night I had the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I am from out of town and went with my nine- and ten-year-old daughters. My oldest loves hot wings, so this was a special treat after both had been competing in a long athletic tournament.
The place was nearly dead during NFL playoffs on a Sunday night, which should have clued me in to this place. But with younger siblings with a babysitter and bad weather coming in later back at home, I was hoping we had just lucked out and would be able to get in and out quickly. After waiting several minutes for seating (again, there were few customers so that was weird) we then waited quite a bit longer for our waitress to come over. When she finally did, she asked to take our drink and food orders at once (not normally how that’s done, but okay). She also told us that the “two minute drill” appetizer specials weren’t valid because the game had just ended. We had been there during the game’s two-minute warning, but it took forever to have our orders taken, so I didn’t love that si. She also asked if we would be ordering off the kids menu. “We didn’t get one,” I responded. The server just said “Oh. Well what do you want?”
The real kicker was the food situation. My youngest daughter ordered a burger. My oldest child and I were going to split 15 hot wings. Drinks and my youngest daughter’s burger came out fairly quickly. But the wings did not. We waited for wings for nearly twenty minutes after her food was delivered with our waitress only appearing briefly to talk to an acquaintance at a nearby table (there were few people it was easy to hear their conversation). While they were talking, we made eye contact. The waitress finally came over after wrapping up the discussion and said, “Your food will be out shortly.” We watched as presumably the one other server served the few folks who arrived after us. After a prolonged period, and my youngest totally finishing her food, I walked over to the other waitress who was exiting to the kitchen to try to figure out what was going on. At that point we had been there FIFTY MINUTES still without wings. She went back in the kitchen. While she did, the TVs cut off for a minute, much to the dismay of all customers. They came back online and the waitress reemerged. “Okay, so we’re out of hot sauce. Your server was told that and was supposed to come ask what you wanted instead. Did she ever do that?” She asked. “No - she literally just stopped by a while ago to tell us our food would be out shortly.” The server then said she would get her manager to sort out the situation. The manager told me the same story, about the waitress being told this when she put the order in with the kitchen, and being instructed to ask what we wanted instead. The manager then offered to take our order. “No, we’ve been waiting nearly an hour. My kid is done with her food. I appreciate it, but we really just want to go home. We’ve got a babysitter and younger siblings waiting for us. We really can’t wait another hour to maybe get food.” I said. “Okay, I’ll go ahead and cash you out. So it was just the burger, Sprite, lemonade and water? And it’s okay, I’ll take the wings off of here for you.” She asked. We paid and left. After such a terrible ordeal, I was really irked that the only remedy offered was not paying for an order never received. On the way out, the original waitress reappeared to talk to her friends at the table.
My little wing lover cried when we got in the car. We live way out in the boonies with few restaurants, and don’t get the opportunity to go sit
