My husband and I went to eat a late lunch about 3 pm. We ordered the chips and dip trio for an appetizer. There was so much pico on top of everything you couldn't even see the actual dip. They were not very busy. My husband ordered the classic cheeseburger with tots. I ordered the grilled dippers and fries. It took forever to get our food. The excuse being, it takes a little longer for the grilled dippers. When we got our food, my grilled dippers were not even warm. The fries and tots were room temperature and the burger itself was over cooked and dry. We sat with a direct line to the kitchen. The cook kept talking to people and really wasn't paying attention to the food. Worst experience ever. We should have went to Chili's.Our bill was $48 for cold food.

Paid $30 for 20 piece wings With NO Sauce on the wings and SO dry, I was waiting in car for my husband and he showed me the wings to see if they were okay and they were not I told him to go back and ask for more sauce, he went in and came back wings looking the same . They need new management or workers because that’s horrible knowing they wouldn’t eat wings like that themselves. This is not the first time

I usually love this place but these wings were tough like they were under a heat lamp for awhile.

horrible service. would have gotten better service at McDonalds. thanks. not worth the almost 2 hours it took to get out of this place. East Coast Wings is across the street if you want better service

I’m both a regular DoorDash driver and someone who has been a customer here before, and every single time I come to this location at night, the experience is the same: there is never anyone at the front to greet people, take orders, or even acknowledge that customers are standing there waiting. The front of the store is constantly empty, and it feels like you’re just left on your own hoping someone eventually decides to come over.

What makes it even more frustrating is that several employees clearly see me and other customers standing there, but they don’t step up to help. No “I’ll be right with you,” no “Someone will be up here shortly” just being ignored while you stand at the front for 20–30 minutes with no direction. It feels extremely unprofessional, like no one is assigned to the front at all.

Tonight was the last straw. I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and waited about 20–30 minutes before I finally managed to get someone’s attention. After I gave them the name on the order, I also asked if I could purchase a drink. I didn’t know what my partner wanted, so I quickly went back to my car and told the employee I’d be right back literally a matter of seconds.

When I came back to order the drink, I stood there another 20+ minutes with no one coming to the front again. Employees were walking around in the back, but no one ever came up to see what I needed or take my order. It just doesn’t make sense that a restaurant of this size doesn’t keep someone at the front to manage customers, especially when people are clearly waiting.

I understand restaurants get busy, but the lack of basic customer service at this location whether you’re a customer or a delivery driver is unacceptable. Until they fix the issue of staffing and actually maintaining the front of the store, this will continue to be a frustrating and unprofessional place to visit.

Ordered using app. Order arrived cold, missing items and wrong even though it was clearly stated on receipt how it was supposed to be. Tried calling the restaurant several times and no one would answer the phone.

I went and pickup my order of wings and fries, and no veggies nor fries. I called back I was very upset and the lady on phone did not make it any better. She forgot to mute and I heard everything. That she apologized and hung up while still talking. Very disappointed.

Husbands wings were hard he ate 3. My cheeseburger I watched sitting under the warmer lights for a while. Then saw his plate come up then I truly knew it was mine. My burger was cold but did have a good taste. The wings weren’t even worth taking home.

The thing that said never again was the loudness. You’re screaming at each other. The waitress couldn’t even hear us and we couldn’t hear her. My husband has hearing aids and turned them off and still wasn’t happy at all. I told him to imagine being me. He said Im ready to leave and I said we’ve already ordered let’s suck it up. I thought the reviews would mention the loudness and I was surprised when no one else said anything.

Buffalo Wild Wing needs a manager in the kitchen!!! We placed our order and 35 minutes later, one diner got his food while the other person sat here watching him eat. Fast forward 15 minutes and im still waiting for my food. The bartenders were great!! However, the kitchen sucks!!! Worst food service ever. Change the way your kitchen works or your business is going to go down hill BIG TIME!! I will not be back!!!!!

Service was horrible. Waited over 40 minutes. Food never came. But everyone else got their food. This place needs help. Don't come here if you want to wait 40 min for food. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.

I’ve tried Buffalo Wild Wings three times, and each visit has been an absolute nightmare. Getting seated is a chaotic ordeal—no one greets you or acknowledges you; they just walk right past like you don’t exist. It takes 15 minutes just to get someone to take your drink order, and the service only gets worse from there. Appetizers arrive after my kids’ meals, and my wings don’t show up until 20 minutes after that—by then, my kids are done eating and half-asleep, and my food’s cold. The pretzels were burnt to a crisp, practically crumbling in your hands, and the staff never brings sauce, checks for refills, or bothers to come back after dropping off your order. Then, when you’re finally ready to leave, you have to hunt someone down just to get your check. I always end up tracking down a random waitress myself and walking to the front, where I have to beg someone at the desk to check me out. It’s completely absurd and hands-down the worst service I’ve ever experienced, three times in a row.

I would say this is the slowest Buffalo Wild Wings I have went to. I called in, waited 45 minutes to wait additional time for the person to be texting on their phone while I waited the additional time. I understand getting on your phone when there isn’t something to do however being selfish and making people wait on your work time is completely unacceptable. This has happened on multiple occasions, last situation, they didn’t even put my order in when I had called it. I only had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Please get it together.

I didn’t even eat here. Walked in and there was no service at all. When the hostess showed up she was super rude and they were under staffed to boot on a Friday. I’ve had better times on the toilet 🤣…would not recommend this place
