Stopped in for a light snack while running errands in the area. Same atmosphere as every other bdubs. Food, wasn't great. We got boneless wings, Pretzels and tots. Loved the Pretzels. Soft, flavorful, Cheese Sauce is great. However, 1.5 oz of cheese sauce is kinda skimpy. Boneless wings, dry, sauces were great but you could also taste the burnt oil in every bite. You guys are better than this. When 80% of your menu comes from the fryers, Change your oil. Tots were awful

Went in for our son's birthday, party of 9, at 3pm on Sunday 3/19, only a few customer's at this time which most was at the bar. We were told it would be 30-35 min wait, even though they had a large table open and multiple associates sitting/standing around doing nothing. Asked if we could go ahead and be seated at the large table and wait there for service but was told no that we would have to wait in the waiting area, this doesn't do well when you have little kids also.. We left and took our business elsewhere, We will Not return to this location..

I had been coming here 3 to 4 times a week until recently the entire atmosphere changed, the staff who were always happy, personable, and incredibly attentive have noticeably lost their collective ambition (those who haven’t left recently) I took a break from coming in for things to even out but tonight I’ve clearly seen that the atmosphere remains dismal with the exception of the bar tender who gave great service. After inquiring about the changes I learned of a management change that even without the staff input is clearly a drain on the staff and more importantly the customers, BWW seriously needs to re-evaluate their management choices, unhappy employees make unhappy customers! Just a few months ago this was my favorite place and now I don’t see myself or my company returning and it’s sad.

Sadly we dont go here anymore. The last 3 times here the service was terrible. Waited 10-15 min just to put our drink orders. The waiter not only ignored us but walked by us 5 times and wouldnt even look at us. When the food go there it was cold. We didn’t even finish our meal. Paid and left. Not tip of course. We used to love this place. It’s went down hill. I do not recommend going here. Very overrated. Sorry B-dub you need to get your staff in line.Edit; The service still sux

Very poor service. We waiters 40 minutes and no one attend us so we left and the tall black lady was just giggling with customers and saw us multiple times waiting to be seated and didn’t bother to attend or ask us if we need anything. Absolutely garbage

Basic Overpriced food. No, to very little interaction from staff. Staff looked miserable. Had attitudes. Bar tender would not interact with patrons. Had to chase bartender down (sitting at table, talking with friends, and on phone) to get another beverage. No one behind bar for 5-10 minutes at a time, or 5-6 staff member standing behind bar talking about the drama from the night before. No music or sound from TVs on while college bowl games on. To some it up, this would be a good place to open a bar/restaurant business. And to Corporate chains, KEEP YOUR BARTENDER BEHIND THE BAR! THEY ARE NOT TABLE WAIT STAFF!!
12/05/2022 7:54pm I called to place an order through the phone and the guy told me to hold which wasn’t a big deal. 10 minutes after I was on the phone nobody answered the phone so I hung up and called again, took me straight to the automatic response after holding for 5 minutes and no one picked up! Third time I called same guy answered and told me to hold again after another 10 minutes he finally took my order. I felt like he was not interested in taking my order. He did not tell me how long is going to be, didn’t ask for name. When I got there, he didn’t even know what order was mine because again, he didn’t know my name. I Didn’t take the time checking my order thinking it was fine. When I arrived home, my food was Cold and didn’t get my fries that comes with the 20/20 bundle. I normally don’t give reviews, but this is not the first time this place has did me wrong. Very frustrating for me and my family.!

Horrible service all the way around. The food was terrible, and the wait to get it would have fooled you into thinking it would have been hot and fresh. I cannot recommend it by any means. The manager knew we had issues and cowardly hid to prevent our feedback. Communication between the kitchen, bar, and waiters did not exist. Had to ask why we were waiting for the staff to hear that they did not have all the ingredients to make certain items.

Went in with 4 others at 10:50pm on a Wednesday night. After sitting waiting at the door for about 10 minutes we was denied service cause they had to close off half of their dining room at 11:30 but it was only 11:00. They had one party and no one else and all of the tables open around the bar. This is why I never come here, not the first time this has happened.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated, which was not bad at all. We then waited 15 minutes for a waitress to get our drink order, 35 minutes for her to get our food order (still didn’t have our drinks, she was waiting on the tea to brew). Then waited 20 minutes for our food. We finished our appetizer completely without drinks. In the 2.5hrs we were there (6:20-8:45pm) our waitress probably came to our table 3 times.Just felt as though we were understaffed, and either we need to get more staff, or not accept as many customers.Food was good though.

Play service was terrible I ordered wings and they were about the size of a quarter and then they come out bonus wings so that was complete mess and the waitress was by this cordial as a hornet
