Cafe Gouda Reviews
Quality has gone way downhill. After every sub par experience, we stop ordering for a few months, then have tried again (I guess after the disappointment has worn off), only to be slapped in the face with it again the next time. The only edible things on my most recent meal were the things they didn’t cook. Not sure what has changed there- new owners, management, I don’t know. This place used to be awesome. Super bummed.
Last week there was a mistake on my delivery order. I reached out and Bruno (owner) immediately took action. He remade my breakfast wrap and personally delivered it to me. We are all human and make mistakes, but Im a firm believer it’s how you handle the mistakes thats leave the impression on a customer. Please support our local businesses, especially Cafe Gouda!
I did not know about this restaurant until they catered something at work one morning. Ever since that morning, it has been my go-to when I don't pick my lunch for work. I always get the lunch combo with the hot brown sandwich. It is good every time! The cookies are really good too. If I get something at breakfast, it is always the Harley and it has always been good.
