i ordered a chai tea latte and it was amazing not to sweet it was perfect and very aesthetically appealing the lady who gave it to me was super nice too!

I did not know about this restaurant until they catered something at work one morning. Ever since that morning, it has been my go-to when I don't pick my lunch for work. I always get the lunch combo with the hot brown sandwich. It is good every time! The cookies are really good too. If I get something at breakfast, it is always the Harley and it has always been good.

I brought my dad and my son for breakfast. Cafe Gouda has been around long enough to not be a typical Hickory fly-by-night restaurant. The food was good and the service was friendly. I'm now ashamed that I don't patronize them more.

The food is definitely delicious, the service was terrible, we went with my son's soccer teammates, we were 4 families, my husband and I were the third to place the order, then it was the mother of another of my son's teammates, Then I saw that another lady ordered. Everyone's food, including those who ordered after us, arrived on time, ours was delayed to the point that everyone finished breakfast and our food was not ready yet, I told him several times and his response was you ordered last , that answer is wrong. It's certainly strange, all of my son's classmates are Americans born here and we were the only Hispanics, I just leave the comment to analyze. thank you so much

Cafe Gouda is one of my favorite restaurants in Hickory. I get the Becca’s Garden almost every lunch visit and it’s delicious. Their pancakes are also amazing. The atmosphere is inviting and the art on display is fun.Vegetarian options: Becca’s Garden is my favorite vegetarian sandwich.

This place is always amazing whatever is on the specials board I trust. Gouda delight is my second go to and they have some of the best homemade cold brew I've ever found! They never disappoint here and I love the variety of healthy food with creative flavor combinations. When weather is nice I sit out on the patio.

In credible tasting food. Nicely smoked burger with great tasting pimento cheese. Nicely done french toast with just the right amount of syrup cooked into the bread. Would recommend.
