I ordered a bike through Trek to be delivered and assembled at this shop. I called before they notified me for pick up just to see if my order would be ready as I was passing through the area home from business (I live an hour away from the shop). They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. Not only do they run a solid shop, they have beer on tap and coffee as well. Will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to others.

Who knew you could get coffee in a bike shop but I was super surprised! I literally just pulled up google to find a place and the guys working were super nice…it’s a great bike shop too and the coffee was surprisingly delicious! I had an oat milk latte - made very well and had a nice smooth flavor.

once they fixed my bike. next time they forgot and said no. they dont work on anything with a throttle. you sell bikes with throttle. electric hybrid bikes are literally at Walmart even. I cant say the enough's about come in to see us say no sales pitch. I tried to buy a bike here today, but frankly way too much money, and they wont accept any kind of check. I lost my debit card in a crunch but they know me. mtn biking was a community not a trend. these people are trend. riders go on to lightening. dobt get ripped off. that giant is on marketplace for 150 too. your 800 to high, and admittedly agreed paying for the name. well thanks but biking is a lifestyle for me not a trend. are you gonna assume where I grocery shop too? like you did the purchase of my truck. I just wanted to get someone a bike for tommorow that has underwent a physical disability. forget it. I should have left this the first time someone asked me what wtf??? sad thing is I have spent alot there to be done this way.

The staff in there were super cool. I only went in there for a latte which was delicious. The place looked sparkling clean and their bikes and gear were high quality brands. Definitely both a legit bike shop and cafe at the same time. ??

Great shop with knowledgable mechanics and fair prices. They care more about getting you back on your bike rather than squeezing every possible dime out you. Support your local bike store! If you don't they won't be there when you need them!
