This was great, we were a little scared cause my wife has a shell fish allergy but they made sure all things were separated and there were no incidents. The food thoooooo a WHOLE SITUATION. Everything was golden brown and seasoned to perfect measure. I only wished there was more. It helped that the service was amazing can't remeber the your guys name but he made sure we were taken care of.

The food was good, but terrible customer service. I have never been insulted so many times in a row while trying to point out a menu error. I called after my meal to let them know what we received did not match the menu. For 11 minutes, a lady and the manager, Ivory, explained to me they don't have control over the menu and if I was "still hungry I was more than welcomed to order more food." I didn't call to complain or get free food. I called to let them know of an error on their menu, because I would have like to have known if it were my business. After 11 minutes of insults, Ivory provided me with TWO fake corporate numbers, after telling me HE was calling corporate about my feedback and I asked for the number as well. I would love to share the screen recording showing what the online menu looked like that night, and the recorded phone call. I see today that the menu is fixed. You're welcome I guess? An apology phone call would have been appreciated or possibly looking at the menu at the time I called to see I was right instead of treating me that way.

Had a large group there last night and service was superb. Food arrived within 15 minutes or so for 35 folks. Food was hot and plentiful. Setting up for the party was easy, staff said yes to everything I requested and was most accommodating.

One of the best seafood restaurant in the area Live in Knoxville and drive to Dandridge to eat their broiled or fried seafood combos...haddock scallops shrimp catfish and more large salad also

I cannot believe when I got home and looked in the bag, this is how my food was prepared and put in the bags. I’ve added pictures. The white box was busted and the other two food boxes were opened and busted too and the food just fell out. I opened the brown bag and the tartar sauce lid was not on it and it was all smeared in the bottom of the bag. I was so disappointed in Captain Galley’s in Hickory NC. What type of people do they have working there that would throw the food in like this? Never again will they get my money because obviously, they really don’t care.Parking: I have nothing else to say.
