I order take out a lot from here & I am never disappointed! The minestrone soup has me in a chokehold ! It’s so flavorful & just what is needed during the cold days. Whoever is responsible for that sauce God bless the woman that birthed you!!

The waitress was wonderful and the timing for every part of the meal was at the perfect time. There was no rush in eating, thankful for her service. Her name is Nico.

We always enjoy our experience at Carrabas. My husband enjoyed his crab cake and I enjoyed my lentil soup. Hattie, our server was awesome! Such great service. Fast and friendly.

The wine pairing was really well done...
Unfortunately, so was my steak. To that point, I don't think it would be too much to get a filet cooked to order. But there was no provision.
I'd suggest making sure you dont cook more than medium if you're not cooking to order.

The service here tonight was the WORSE. We sat for 26 mins waiting for the check and never got the A-1 that was asked for 2 times. The food was great as always! But by far the worst service ever. And this place wasn’t even crowded at all. We walked in and got seated immediately. Food came out food and it was the best part of it all.

First time going and last. We don't like bugs in our salads and the amount of garlic used in the spaghetti was enough to kill a thousand Dracula's. The lady, Donna brought me our food and her service was spot on. She was absolutely wonderful. I wish people preparing the food for take out, would be more mindful of the things that should not go in your food. I would have taken a picture of the creature in the salad but couldn't because I couldn't stop throwing up. After 3 bites of the spaghetti and then the salad stowaway all $39 went into the garbage. Lesson learned. One shot for a first impression and they failed big time.

Driving down the road; we had a craving for pasta. We stopped at Carrabba’s in Hickory, NC. It is slightly hidden back with the hotels off the main road. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was Tyler. He was personable and attentive. We started with the seasonal fennel sausage arancini and the meatballs and ricotta. The arancini was packed with flavor and a perfect bite. Our entrees were the mezaluna pasta and the filet & shrimp over fettuccini. The steak was cooked to perfect temperature but was too salty and not edible. Tyler and the wait team were apologetic and tried to make it right. The manager came over and apologized and told us dessert was on her. Dessert was incredible! The cannoli cake and the Apple Carmel cheesecake. The cannoli cake was topped with a cannoli with pistachios. Overall, it was a delicious dinner minus the salt misstep but Tyler’s service made up for it. This was definitely better than expected. Enjoy!
