Stopped by on Saturday for a Philly cheesesteak. Food was fresh and service was great. Staff and owner were very friendly.
The worst Charley’s steak I’ve ever had, made by a bunch of teenagers who couldn’t care less unless it’s on their PHONES. This is UNEXCUSABLE on a Saturday!!!! This particular restaurant is part of the reason why malls are DEAD.

Got 2 Philly steaks combos and it was the worst food I have ever eaten from this place spent $35 for garbage no seasonings didn't hardly have any onions mushroom or peppers on the sandwich.I had ask for salt pepper and oil and vinegar to be added and was told to grab some packages of the items then proceed then turned to next customer never thanked us just threw our food on counter. So after being a customer for over 25 years Today was my last trip there

Got the order wrong me and my friends order 2 ultimate fries and the guy said we ordered one and I heard my friend order 2 and he started to argue with my friend said 2 not one.
