We went through the drive thru today. When my son opened his box he had green bugs in it! Two to be specific! When he talked to the manager he nonchalantly told him that it must have came from the lettuce! 😳😳 So are they not washing the lettuce?? How are dead bugs in their food and they don’t notice it? This is completely unacceptable! I have photos that I wish I could upload to this post!

They have good food and is always clean and professional, but they stay sooo busy inside and the parking is so screwed up, I try to just avoid this one all together.

The worst. Left my kids and my nuggets but sure got the money for both. Not the first time they’ve done this in the past few weeks. Then tried to call to see what I could do the phone was just hung up. No answer. No voicemail. I used to love this place but I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere since it seems I’m not the only one losing money to this terrible location.

The staff sucks, very inconsiderate and very much rude. They dont see US when we are there to spend our hard earned money. Staff must be more happy to see ALLLLLLLL people and not just ones who look like them!!! I am a dasher and I dont even like to pick up other people's food because of the terrible service and how much they ignore. I will NEVER BE BACK HER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! TRUST!!!!!

I love the friendly, atmosphere and the speed of service. That being said I felt rushed to order my food in line at the drive thru. I wasn't able to see the menu from the beginning of the line until half way. I feel as though your company doesn't have a menu visible at the start of the line. Yet your associates were expecting the patrons to already know what they wanted. I don't regularly eat at your establishment so I am not familiar with the offerings. This caused me so much unnecessary anxiety trying to rush to download the app. Then decide what to order, while not holding the lines up. On a positive note I did receive Grizzly unedible chicken nuggets I was quickly contacted via email and a personal phone call from management at this location. If they would not have contacted me personally honestly would not have given this location another chance. Their customer services next level
