Waited over 15 mins after being asked to pull aside for my order in the drive thru.
Call (from the drive thru) and spoke to a VERY nasty Tatiana, the manager. At this point I went into the restaurant and HAD to threatened to call the police in order to get my money back

I've never been to any Chick-fil-A (or any restaurant) where the manager was so unprofessional

This Chick Fil A merges their drive thru and mobile thru lines. There is actually a sign that states it's faster. I disagree. If that were the case then why wouldn't every CFA do it? Thought the sign gave off a snarky vibe. Food and people were still fantastic.

I'm a ketch up lover an I'm tired of only getting 2 or 3 packs of ketch up so I have to ask for more or go inside and get more And it's.
Very disheartening Knowing that yall Is stop donating to red cross So when I go back.
In for ketchup I get as much as I need 🤣🤣

It’s ok that you give me wrong drinks in the drive thru 2 times. It’s not ok that the manager yells out the door to the girl helping me “What the heck does she need”? The nice girl was fixing the issue and doesn’t need you screaming at her in front of everyone.

Great service and good food when you get your order filled correctly. This is the 3rd time that I went through the drive through and 3rd time my order was incorrect. I guess if I go through this drive thru again I’ll have to go through everything that I ordered to make sure it’s there and/or correct before I leave.

I love chick-fil-a. Being a diabetic. I'm not able to have bread. But I still love chick fil a grill chicken sandwich. They're very accommodating when I ask not to have bread and just have to sandwich wrapped in lettuce. They're always nice about it. They never give me a hard time and always get it right. Can't get that with their competitors. Thank you so much, chick-fil-a being so accommodating and allowing this diabetic to still feel normal.
