We went to Chilis on Memorial Day. There were lots of empty tables and not many people waiting to be seated. We asked the hostess for a table. She said there was a 20 minute wait. I said we’d sit at the bar and wait. She said we could eat at the bar and didn’t put us on the waitlist for a table. We went to the bar and then I went back to her and said we wanted a table and told her my name. She had an attitude and I had to insist to be put on the waitlist. There were lots of empty tables in the bar and my friend said let’s sit at the corner table. I told her we were going to sit there and she said those tables were reserved. A few minutes later she said we could sit there. She didn’t bother to wipe it down. The table had sticky drink on it. The rest of the time was great. There were two waiters - one in training - that were very attentive. We did ask the trainee to bring a towel to clean the table but she forgot. The food was delicious. When we left, the hostess was wiping down some tables. She didn’t bother to look up and say thank-you as we left. My friend told me later if he had been by himself he would have gone somewhere else because of her attitude.

It was one of the worst experiences that I’ve had. The floors were filthy, dirty, not clean. The kitchen was extremely dirty on the floors the food, especially the chicken crisper’s were tough and chewy will never go back again, and I wouldn’t highly recommend for anybody to go, I wouldn’t have them to go

I wasn’t able to give a zero unfortunately.
Went for drinks at Chii’s Hickory yesterday. Had several rounds of margaritas. But our mixologist / server Adam forgot to put in the alcohol or put a very very small amount as in a drop or less. He charged us regular price for what were IMO virgin drinks. This experience was a first for me.
So next time skip the margaritas and booze as you are likely only going to get the mix with lots of ice with an infinitesimally tiny drop of alcohol if any.
Had the mix for mango, lemon drop, strawberry, classic.
And to the owner - thank you for your message but apologies but we will go elsewhere where we get what we are paying for with our hard earned money.

I asked for a well done hamburger and it came out medium well done. Not happy the manager got me another one that was better. It still had some red meat. I wasn't going to wait for another hamburger to be made.

What a horrible experience We had a party of 5 and we all ordered the 3 for me and they messed up our order 2 in our party had to wait for almost an hour to get there order we asked them several times to just cancel it and we would leave

Ordered steak and chicken fajitas, the steak was full of fat couldn't chew it up.Very small plate for $22 very disappointed in this meal. First time I have got sorry food at Chili's. The waitress was great.
I was seated and greeted right away which made me feel valued. Sinthya helped me with my order and suggested the peanut butter pie for dessert which was amazing. Thank you Sinthya and Chilis for making my lunch special. Food was ready quickly, hot and delicious.
