I love chipotle and used to live near an amazing chipotle. This one though is very hit or miss. Sometimes the food is ok. Sometimes it is terrible. I tried again today and it was terrible. The queso was clumpy and seemed old. The chips were stale. There was very very little if any chick in the burrito. Salsaritas in Hickory is MUCH more consistent.

So we just ate here and the food and service was fine but the store was a hot mess inside and outside trash everywhere all over the floor food all over almost every single table there were empty baskets napkins and spilt food all over the inside dining and outside dining area at least the food was good but they need to clean it up over there its not like it was crazy busy either

I would recommend this location but the food isn’t that good and the service needs work. The food isn’t cooked to the chipotle standards. Is usually dry and tasteless. I been to other locations and never had this issue. The service is hit or miss. Not friendly usually. But the atmosphere is great most of the time.

Rice was sooooooo hard. Lost my appetite, and almost my teeth. Also asked for lettuce, and only had 5 shredded pieces. Portion has shrunk. Not worth the money.

I've tasted Chipotle at another location and this 1 doesn't come close 2 the other one. Don't get me wrong the food was good but not better. I thought it would taste the same but it didn't.
Food was good and service was ok. The place was very messy with wrappers and trash here and there on the floor. Some tables needed a wipe down as well.Overall it was ok but next time I'll just do the drive thru and skip going inside.

Oh....my....goodness...so shocked, I watched the tv commercial until I really had to see what the uproar was about.... crickets...first the price DID NOT DID NOT AND AGAIN DID NOT have any justification when I took the first bite or any thereafter...blobs of rice in the bottom of a bowl with carne asada on top plus guacamole and a few salad items on top. A single small tortilla on the side and small drink was about $22.?? Are you serious?!?!?! Do you know what kind of lunch I can get for that???!!! Well actually I can buy myself and a friend lunch because I did the next day!!!!!?? In their defense they did say the guacamole was extra....in mine though on the commercial it looks like the guacamole comes with it...it's a bit misleading. So Buyer Beware Please!!! It seems this restaurant is geared for a MUCH younger clientele.
