Way over priced and wasn't that much to do my kid would have a better time playing his switch at home. I payed 16 dollars for a pizza the size of a small plate

Make sure to bring a pizza cutter and pie server because the staff don't know how to cut a pizza and I promise you if you send your pizza back to get re-cut they will hold it hostage for 15 minutes that way they're absolutely certain you get a cold pizza. never again will i have my kids birthday party here

Today was an awful experience. Seeing the look on your little one's faces when yet another game doesn't work. There were at least 10 games we tried to play and couldn't. For what we pay, you really need to do better. We won't be back.

When you book a party, they never say, BY THE WAY, TRAMPLEEN IS NOT INCLUDED. you don't know this until you go to party and the kids are told, IT COST $8.00 PER KID. WHILE BOOKING, NOTHING IS SAID ABOUT IT. call and see for yourself.
I don't like when companies deceive people.
I WILL NOT HAVE A PARTY THERE AGAIN

Way over priced lousy games same people got in one game and never got out anybody. Else could play more time trying to get cards to work than playing nothing for a toddler to do extra cost to get on trampoline

I understand that Chuck E. Only comes out for birthday parties but when he does he should walk around and see the kids that are there playing. My 3 year old was so upset because she didn't get to give Chuck e some love.

The games are super outdated, and my kids no longer want to go there. I'd say this is mire geared to under the age of 7. Some of the games are out of order and haven't been fixed yet. (We went about 2 months ago, and a ton of games were out of order) The prizes that you get for all the playing are cheap and not worth it. Also, the prices have gone up so much that for 4 cards with the coil braclets for 90 minutes each was 175.00. We went for a child's birthday and we weren't able to get a pizza or anything due to the prices. Our kids were ready to go after about 30 minutes for a lack of things to do. They have a new trampoline area now, but it's small geared to little kids, and IT COSTS EXTRA!!! So beware and just know, keep it under 7 and be prepared to spend! Also, they never stamp your hand anymore.... I'm not sure what's up with that, but there's zero safety anymore.

Kid-friendliness: It's for kids.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty. Our kiddo had a great time. We did not care for the churros but the pizza was good.

Best Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to. Clean, decent pizza, staff are so friendly. I’m definitely going to make it a normal prize for my kids to earn!

It is not for the toddler ages. There is really nothing but games. Not somewhere I would go for a regular place to entertain my grandson

Tasha helped us order and figure out our game plan! She is patient and knowledgeable. Zizi helped us with the details. We had a great family experience. Our pizza was delicious. Thank you!

It’s been a couple years since I came to this location, and now I know why. Half the games were broken. When you try to scan your card it literally takes 3 or 4 time to get them game going, and waste most of them time that you have paid for because you buy by the hour. I won’t be coming back to this location. The Gastonia location is better fyi
