We had our first birthday party here and it was awesome!!! Our host Maddy was so helpful, sweet, and nice!! She rocks!!!!! I miss that the pizza doesn't taste like it use to. Chuck E. Cheese was always my favorite pizza.

Everytime we came is more expensive. Is a place for kids and even the prize for what they play are expensive. I expect less money and more fun but they just think to be rish and enything else is not important. Please, make some changes and we will pay for all without discussion.

The young girl working Friday , Feb 9 at Hickory NC was rude and too busy taking selfies, to answer questions or wait on you. If there was a manager there they never checked on the girls up front, if they had they would have seen what was going on. Bad enough being rude to grown ups but she was rolling her eyes and rude to children.
