Service was great! Food was FRESH! Ronda was absolutely amazing!!!
Ronda was GREAT! She was prompt, GREAT with the kids, and convinced me to try your Cheerwine and the grilled fish appetizer. All of her additional recommendations made my meal better AND her service was great.

Absolutely amazing. I had the honor of having Ronda as my waitress and she was awesome! I accidentally spilled a drink and she was nothing but sweet and understanding. We need more people like Ronda!!!

Have had lunch here many times now at the Hickory - NC store. Service is always great! Justice and Christy do a great job, are very friendly, and very pleasant to talk to. Allie in the back, does a great job cooking. Traditional wings are great! And other food that we have had there is also very good. Great specials, and nice atmosphere.
Awful food and awful service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Food was good, like always, but waitress forgot to submit our order and it was over a hour before our food arrived. Tried talking her way out of it and said we would be discounted our bill. The check was so messed up we had to call and talk to a regional manager. No discount applied and we actually paid more than the check stated. My son loves this place and I hope they can get more help real quick because I don’t like leaving negative reviews. Sometimes you just have a bad day so I will return but will be cautious in the future. Food is always good and I’m pulling for this franchise moving forward.

Great food. Wonderful staff. Would have given it five stars but the way the parking lot is designed it's hard to get into the parking lot. If it was more accessible I'm sure they would get more business. The bartender makes great cocktails.
