This is a regular on Sunday after church, food has always been great, and we've had most of the menu! Service with Peyton is great, couldn't ask for better, hope she stays for awhile!!

The food was less than stellar, it appeared and taste like it was from a bag of frozen food. The fresh fruit cup was straight from a can. The wait staff was nice and friendly but I don't think that I would visit this restaurant again.

The server Christy (short, cute, brunette, )took great care of me and my daughter. We absolutely enjoyed the food and Kristie has one of the most wonderful personalities I’ve ever run across in a server at coaches she’s definitely one of your top employees. She deserves a raise but all around I give the coaches a five star review great service, great food, great atmosphere thanks in a special thanks to Christy our server.

The food was great. Excellent staff. Wondered why they weren't busier since we always have a great experience there. We happened to unknowingly order the daily special and we (2 adults) ate for 12 dollars! We are definitely return customers!

Myself, my boyfriend and our son went here for dinner a few nights ago on sunday night and the place was filthy. It took forever to get drinks. The waitress was friendly but no one made an effort to clean up food that was on the floor in front of our table or even acknowledge it. My boyfriend and son said they liked thier food but i ordered the honey BBQ grilled chicken sandwich...... what an absolute disappointment. I think i could have done a better job at home or even at a fast food place. Definitely not a $12 sandwich. There was pretty much nothing to it and the bun was so dry. I attached the picture and that was the actual sandwhich i got, i didnt squish it down or anything, it came like that.

Well, this is probably the last time we will waste our time with this place. Food was ok but the service was horrible. 3 tables and 4 people at the bar when we got there. A young man said he would be with us in a minute. He was cashing out a table. Just a few minutes to wait, no big deal. We sit there for about 15 minutes. Young girl finally asks us if anyone has helped us. Nope....she asked us what we wanted to drink. I told her we were ready to order. 2 waters and BL draft, loaded fries and wings. She walked to the table behind us twice and on her second run asked my husband what kind of drink he had said he wanted. Water and BL Draft. Ok...she went and got our drinks. Didn't see her anymore until she brought our ticket. The Young Man brought us our food. There was no bacon on the loaded fries so we flagged him down. Our waitress is MIA at this point. He brought us a small cup of bacon bits since they forgot to put them on the fries. I went to the bar and got my husband a second beer after he sat there for about 30 min waiting on her. Found the waitress at the bar. Still just the same 4 ppl at the bar. After we finished, I had to go get my own to go box. Waitress still MIA. She was still at the bar. We could hear her bc she cusses like a sailor. Finally presents with our ticket. The table that was checking out when we got there was still dirty when we left. I feel like as slow as they were, the service should have been better, the tables could have been cleaned, she could have been a little more aware of her language. There was two younger kids at one of the tables and she was dropping the "F bomb like she was trying to blow the place up. Food was just MEH and cobwebs hanging looked like they were getting a head start on Halloween decorations. For me, not worth going back.

First time ever coming here, it is a nice looking place, but unfortunately it seems as those they were changing things around and had new people coming from another store to address some issues and new people in the kitchen and staff. So they weren't in a groove, the waitress seemed overwhelmed, forgot a lot of things like silverware, refills, and food came out very late and some had to wait to a manager to come and ask how things were before we got our food. I am only giving at 3 as i hope next time it will do better as i understand how new management and low staff and new staff can be, so hopefully get things straightened out. The food was decent

Excellent service and awesome portions, we we’re hesitant at 1st because we haven’t been here before. Peyton was a spot on server, the kiddo’s were well taken care of too. We had catfish bites for the appetizer, forgot to snap a photo of that but it was awesome too. Thanks a bunch, we will be back again.

I really enjoyed it, it was Tuesday about 7pm eastern standard time. They're was nobody there. The wait staff was excellent, very friendly. I had the fried chicken salad. I should have took a picture... VERY NICE!!! Its like a high end sports bar. I guess they're wasn't any ball games on. Oh, if your in Hickory, N.C on a Tuesday night you want be disappointed!!

First time and last time going there. The prices were insane for a neighborhood grill. Almost $50 for 2 people. A family of 5 that was sat near us actually left after seeing the prices on the menu. Honestly wouldn't mind the price if the food was worth it, but the food was the worst part. After waiting for way over 30 minutes for our food it came out cold and overcooked. Nothing tasted fresh or made to order. The wait staff however were great and I don't hold them accountable for things that they have no control over. Still wouldn't go back.

Everything about this experience was just awful. The place definitely has potential with new management, a better cook, and total rehaul of staff. Let's not forget more reasonably priced food, especially considering the quality...or lack thereof. This place is just overpriced. Tacky tables/menus. Nasty...NASTY bathrooms. I mean everything is covered in dust. The stalls are NOT private due to the large gaps between the doors/stall walls. There's even dust and fuzz stuck to the stall walls from whatever residual spray/airborne bacteria hasn't been cleaned away in who knows how long. I had to literally pick through my entire salad because of the amount of dead/dying lettuce that was plated. Additionally, the 2 slices of tomato I received were inedible due to them being over ripe and mushy. The best part is, after waiting nearly 10 minutes for our waitress to check on us, I had to wait longer for the Avocado I'd ordered with the salad because the cook was "thawing it out." Ya'll...I'll tell you right now, it's not worth it to attempt to eat thawed Avocado. Just stop. Lol. Needless to say I returned my salad and chose not to eat. The kids felt the wings were tolerable but definitely not "good." So, for 2 wing baskets and 3 soft drinks my bill was over $32. PASS. HARD PASS. There are so many options in that area that far surpass this joint AND for several that are easier on your pocket but offer better quality!

First time customer at this location. I really liked the way the restaurant was decorated and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and so we're the bathrooms. The food portions were good but I did think it was very good, I got the Blue Devil Burger it was ok at best. Based on my experience with other Coach's restaurant's I will give them another trying.
