Parking: This place is a double drive-thru. There's maybe 6 parking spaces if you want to walk up and order at the window.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly. I would not pull in lot with a full size van, too tight.

They lied saying they only have American cheese when asking for to put on a burger and thought that they use then for the quesadas and they don't listen correctly on orders properly

My mom called for my nephew that came through drive-thru the guy that gave my nephew the food was very rude and disrespectful and didn't even give my nephew his sauces or condiments he asked for my mom was on the phone and heard everything including how rude the guy was and so did I cause I was setting beside her and I've been in customer service and food industry for 10+ years that was not great customer service and that guy needs to be fired and if no action is taken i will contact corpate which I'm planning on doing tomorrow because I didn't appreciate his service so the experience for my nephew was awful he didn't appreciate it and I didn't appreciate it either even though I was on the phone listening to everything that's not how employees is supposed to act and I didn't appreciate it if u would call me and my mom back at the number we left on voice message machine we would appreciate it but I am going to make a complaint to corpate as well

The guy working the window is rude and shouldn't be in customer service. Was sarcastic and then gave me the wrong order. I asked to pay ahead for the guy behind me and he shut the window in my face. Not the first bad experience I've had here the past few weeks but definitely the last. I'll be going elsewhere until they get tired of hating their lives and find a new job.

Ordered a BBQ tray with 2 sides of cheese bites and a chicken strip tray with two sides of fries. Get home to realize the entire BBQ tray order was correct, but the entire chicken strip tray order was incorrect. Instead we were given 3 corn dogs and hushpuppies. So we go back, tray and receipt in hand. I tell the woman at the window (presumably T’ondra, as her name was on our receipt) that the chicken strip tray was wrong and we need one. She didn’t ask what our sides were or look at the receipt. She puts the tray down on the counter and says “here you go” without bothering to hand it to me. I open the tray and there were chicken strips but no fries. For an establishment to get an order wrong TWICE even after a customer coming back with a receipt is ridiculous. All she had to do was ask and all would have been well. We will never be returning to this location. Please have a conversation with T’ondra about customer service.

Lil dark haired cashier was being rude the entire time while I was ordering I was being polite she told me to stop yelling after telling me to speak up and claimed I was whispering she was polite to my gf who was on her side paying at the window but rude to me and didn't get the right food I probably shouldn't have affirmed the bbq sandwich plate was mine not sure why she asked that other then that worst cookout I've ever been to

Every time I’m in the Carolinas I have to stop in at a CookOut! Never disappoints!! Hickory NC location is one of my favorites since I have family there.
