Don't walk up to the walk up window and expect to order with whoever the 5'2 guy working the passenger pick upwindow on Sunday Mar 17 @ 1015. 6 people all looked at me and walked right past like it was somebody else's job. Then start yelling profanity at you when you leave. It's OK. Food sucks anyway

Cashier hands a woman a tray. The woman noticed it was not her order and handed the tray back and received an item in a bag. Both the tray and new item can be seen at the same time. Me being next in line and nobody behind me I can only assume he handed her my tray. She brought it into her vehicle, handed it back to him through the store window after about 30 secs, and then he handed it to me when I arrived. Prime example of mishandling food.

Ordered a banana nut milkshake and got a banana and pineapple milkshake. Made me mad because I had been craving one for a while then when I stop by and finally get one, they got the order wrong.

Worker on the second drive thru was getting my order wrong. I could barely hear them. Was ordering a big double burger tray with everything except cheese on the burger. Repeated back to me with cheese and no onion. That’s not what was ordered. Asked me twice for the two sides for a tray and told me no need to yell at them. But also told me they couldn’t hear me. Very rude customer service. Need to train people better.

I LOVE their shakes. They have such a huge selection of shakes it makes my head spin. Their food is good too. I like the peanut butter and chocolate chip milkshake. It's my go to whenever I get the urge for a milkshake. It may be busy, so be prepared to wait in line. But the line moves really quick, so don't drive off. I was able to get in and out in about 15 minutes total. So it's really not bad for the quality of food and service that you receive here. 10/10 I'll be back.Parking: Spots are limited if you are wanting to park and eat, so beware.

I was at the COOK Out on Center Highway in Hickory today where I placed an order for 2 trays with 2 sides each and 2 drinks. Order one was a hamburger with onion and tomato, 2 chicken ranch wraps and a large sweet tea with no ice. Order two was a Cajun chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, Cajun fries, cheeseburger quesadilla with a large unsweet tea-no ice. When given the low total at the window, I knew something was wrong. Instead of what was ordered, I received a hamburger with onions-no tomato, Cajun fries, cheeseburger quesadilla and a unsweet tea loaded with ice. The young man at the window did not seem to understand that the order was not complete. While I did receive some of what I ordered and the payment total was accurate. Rather than keep trying to explain it him, I left. This is not the first time an order was wrong, but this was a colossal screwup.
