I didn’t even want to stop here, I wanted to go to whataburger but the drive thru was being worked on. So I went on to cookout the lady working the window was so rude. I understand the working with the public and fast food. But she was just rude I see now why the reviews are so bad.

disappointed, they gave me small portions of food for such a high price, you get way more at the conover one. Asked me if i wanted to add cheese on my hamburger, and not telling customers about the extra charge. Then forgot half my toppings but want to charge extra. Will never come back here. Wish I got my money back but they did not care about my complaint and gave me some toppings in a cup to make up for it.

I order a burger with no cheese and it had cheese on it, plus I order double fries and got the same amount as my husband who order single fries. Both order burger cookout trays

I came to this location because I wanted to eat in the dining room. I stood for 7 minutes behind another woman who said she had been waiting a very long time. The workers clearly saw us waiting to order and none of them seemed to care. I left and went to a competitor nearby. I guess Cook Out doesn't like making money.

It took over 10 minutes to get my food at the drive thru at this Cook Out fast food restaurant. I only ordered 1 corn dog, no drink, nothing else. Just 2 cars before me. Then the food didn't look appetizing at all. By that time, I didn't have the time to park and get out of my car to go in and show them what it looked like. Anyhow, I won't be returning to any Cook Out restaurant.
