They weren’t prepared for the lunch rush today. First we waited over 10 minutes for a host to appear, that set a bad tone. The wait for the table was 25 minutes, which is common. Once seated service was slow and the food took too long. Between waiting for the host, the table, the wait staff, the food preparers, it was over 90 minutes before we got our meals.

My wife and I really enjoyed the food and the location, but unfortunately, the service didn't meet expectations. Our server seemed disengaged and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. Great customer service is a key part of what makes a dining experience enjoyable, and we hope that next time we visit, they'll have staff who are more enthusiastic about their work.
