Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went on a Sunday morning and surprisingly, we got seated right away as the breakfast crowd hadn't shown up yet. This is like all Cracker Barrels I've been to so I know what to expect. I got the build-your-own breakfast with eggs, sausage and plain hash browns. It's not too expensive for what you get. Service was fast and pleasant. It wasn't too noisy and we could actually talk without yelling. We got the check quickly so it was a quick turnaround on the table. We wandered around the store and by the time we left, the restaurant had a wait list.

The only thing that I didn't like are the chairs. They were extremely uncomfortable for me. I'm short so I couldn't put my feet on the floor so it made my arthritic knees and joints ache and I couldn't get comfortable. I wish they had more comfortable seating, then I'd eat there more often.

I have always loved Cracker Barrel. The food was excellent, the service was great and I always enjoy going there. I always get their chicken and dumplings, They gave me a huge bowl with hash brown casserole and fried apples. I could not eat it all so I took the rest home.

I enjoy eating at cracker barrel so much more since they have a waiting list you can get on and you can pay from your phone.
Those two things kept me away before.
Now if you could just redeem your rewards from your phone app it would be even better

We went before church for breakfast. They took us straight in and seated us. We ordered our food, didn't wait too long and it wS delivered. Food and service was amazing as always.
