Recently heard about this place and decided to give it a try. It was incredibly busy. Decent beer selection, but they were out of numerous options. The flat bread was great. Service was slow, but they were unusually busy. Can't wait to try it again on a normal night.

Great little gem in downtown Hickory. A beer for every taste, and my homemade pimento cheese with prosciutto, fresh basil and a hint of jelly on ciabiata bread was divine. Homemade loaded baked potato salad was the perfect side. Walking distance from parking garage, discount theater, and performing arts center. I'll be back.

Nice place to grab a few beers and lunch or dinner. Has a good vibe to the place. Pizza was very good.
Ordered Hummus Plate one night, took about 35 minutes….others who came in after me got their food first. I was asked if I wanted anything, I told the guy I’m just waiting on Hummus Plate. Then it looks like he writes up the order and takes it back to kitchen? So, next visit I simply ask is Hummus Plate stuff prepared and can be put together, how long?…..only because last time took a while. I was told my order was moved ahead of all others because I “complained”. I didn’t ask to be put ahead of others, only voiced a concern. Jeez folks, you don’t have to turn on bleating-heart Wokeness just because someone pointed something out. Whatever happened to work ethic??

Great elevated pub food and atmosphere. I had a tomato basil and turkey sandwich with a side of tomato basil soup with a $2.50 can of lager. Everything was great!

Had a lunch meeting with Caleb Hart over at CertaPro Painters of Hickory/ Catawba Valley/ High Country on the 3rd here at Crescent Moon Cafe.
I ordered the Greek Chicken wrap, yo - your boy was very pleased. I asked the waiter what side to get he said potato salad. Lights out.
Get in, good food, good service, and on your way. 5 stars. Exactly what I didn't know I wanted.

This is a nice little place right downtown Hickory. I would say it is more of a bar and restaurant than a cafe. Good food, and lots of beer choices, with friendly service.
Super slow server. Options were vegetarian friendly but they were unsure if they're vegam friendly. Didn't make an effort to try find out either

Never been there but this one time and looked like a slow day. I personally wouldn't eat there sense they advertise vegetarian food. Sister is the Chicken enchiladas was very good and her son cleaned his plate. Sister being a vegetarian wasn't to impressed with the choice of vegetarian food. Told her I was sorry but I'm sure she won't be back. But what I got was very good.
