Food was good. Little greasy as expected. Only real complaint is how they do things for the drive thru. No one else at screens or window when we ordered/paid, but that’s because they put a sticker on your mirror and you have pull up past the window to park and wait on them to bring it out. Once you pay, there’s 3 lanes. 2 outer lanes to park and wait and a middle for leaving. We sat there for almost 30 mins waiting on 2 plain burger combos. Some people that were there before us, were still there after we left. They come out wandering around confused as they are trying to match the order to the number on your rear view mirror. It was an odd experience and not one I plan to repeat anytime soon. Really shouldn’t take that long for fast food.

The food was decent but I waited 20 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break to get the basic burger and fries. While I waited 5-6 people who ordered after me got their food. I understand being understaffed but when I ask an employee why others are getting their food before me and they walk away without saying anything I can’t respect that. I wouldn’t recommend this place, oh and they forgot my sauce so that was cool too.

It’s always good, but this past time I went I got food poisoning from the mushroom Swiss burger. I was so sick!! And I know it was from this because it was the only thing I ate that day coming back from my trip! We always enjoy Culver’s but this definitely stumped me from coming back for a while.

No stars for me.I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 kids meals. I substituted the fries for cheese curds and the lady said nothing about an extra cost. The total came out to be $21and I was never given a receipt by the blonde girl. Along with that they got the ice cream flavor wrong. I was told to pull up and waited no joke 30 minutes for 2 kids meals. Waste of my time and money and the food wasn’t filling and soggy by the time I ate it.

The food was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. I've dined at their locations in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona over the years. Love the "butter burgers," cheese curds, and the walleye fish dinner. This was my 1st time visiting the Hickory location.
Kid-friendliness: It's family oriented, so kids are always welcome.

Drive through experience leaves a lot to be desired Several cars behind us received their orders before us. Finally had to ask about our order (1 burger 1 fry, and a custard) after almost 25 minutes burger and fries were cold.
Got our order wrong. Will be less likely to go back soon. It is not the first time this has happened at this location. But this time the experience was great. The music was nice. Loved it this time.
