Da Vinci's Italian Restaurant

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant Thursday Feb 13th . When we arrived we were seated at a table .
We looked at the menu and decided on an appetizer then another couple was seated at a table beside us. After a few minutes the wait staff had been to the other table twice and supplied them with drinks and we had yet to even see wait staff at our table. A couple of minutes later we decided to leave. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. The hostess never even asked what was wrong as we were leaving. If it was possible to give less stars to a restaurant I would gladly do it.

My mom and I went for Valentine's Day. It wasn't our first time. The people were so friendly, even though not every customer.could fit in the door. They took eighty-four reservations, which I thought was a little inconsiderate for the people that made them a month in advance. There were so many six o'clock dinners, and they weren't even seated until after seven, because there were so many, but aside from taking too much business, it was a sumptuous experience. Mom and I were seated across from the door, by the live music. Our server treated us like VIP, even though we were just regular, paying customers. People were in good moods, and the experience grew social later in the evening. The food was quickly brought, and devoured. It's the type of atmosphere where it seems you know everyone, late in the evening. Lunch is usually really quiet, and everyone keeps to himself. The live music was a flirty jazz style, and a lot of oldies. There's some time that everyone would enjoy. Lunch or early evening is good for families.

Two hours waiting for food, terrible service on Valentine's Day

Staff was very nice, it was pleasant inside but one of the workers ghosted me. Please text me back.

Very disappointed..pomodoro pasta was overcooked and gummy..i added chicken for my protein..chicken was cut into such small pieces it was extremely though
Its usually on point but today i couldnt eat it

Slow service. Never offered dessert. Didn't clear dishes from table after our meal. We had a large party which we made them aware of weeks ahead of time. 1 server, but still got 20%. Never asked if outr food was good. Served food and that was the last we seen of our server until our bill was given to us. After waiting 15 minutes for them to collect our pmt, we took it ourselves. But food was good.

I had been to Da Vinci several times before, always knowing I was in good hands, but their Valentine’s Day special truly exceeded my expectations! A feast for the senses—vibrant, flavorful, and beautifully crafted. Every detail was perfected, making it a dish as stunning as it was delicious!

Dining in might have been a different experience but, a to go order was not something I would have written home. We had a large order, what special requests pretty simple but it was the flat calzone I’ve ever . The chicken alfredo with broccoli that didn’t have any broccoli was requested extra broccoli. The Alfredo sauce was like water the meatballs taste like mushy.. Are you going out going out or do anything? It was a first impression on me with the mail from da Vinci‘s and I won’t be going back.

Over the past 20 years we have visited many times, the service consistently has fallen short for the past few years. My husband will go because he knows I love the food and wine, but not often. The last 2 times we visited it was over 10 minutes before we were greeted. While I’m not in a rush when I dine, being greeted promptly is a basic courtesy that sets the tone for the entire experience. On our most recent visit, my husband and I agreed we wouldn't wait longer than 10 minutes to be greeted. Unfortunately, that threshold was passed as we sat for 12 minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone. As we were walking out the hostess casually said "thank you" I mentioned we were never greeted, and leaving. I cannot fairly rate the food from this last experience because we didn’t stay to eat, I can say that it has always been excellent in the past, and we still support the son’s pizza place, which offers equally good meals.
It is a shame, being igorned as a patron diminishes the experience significantly, although great food with the poor service this will be our last visit.

Great ambience, food is generic, but mostly the wait staff was very lacking. We were seated for 30 mins before the server took our orders and no questions were asked about our preferences. Food not what we wanted. The server was only waiting on couple tables (~9pm at night). The server couldn’t remember what drinks we had or when asked for a refill on bread- took us two reminders to get it. Very disappointed.

Solid Place overall. The atmosphere was cool with a live performer. The water tasted off to me, which is a massive red flag, so it bumps the food rating down. I got the lobster ravioli, not actual name on menu, and it was decent. The servers, we ended up having two, gave me a strange vibe and I just felt off. I cant describe It, but I just felt off here. I’m going to say it was more of me feeling off rather than the place itself since I’ve only been here once. A cool stop by unsure if I would come here again. Nothing besides the atmosphere blew me away so that’s why I gave everything but the atmosphere a 3. I think my rating is fair considering everything so thank you for reading!

The waiter was very rude, hateful and sarcastic. The place wasn’t busy, waited over 45 mins on our food. Then came out cold. Waiter again hateful, rude, and sarcastic.
