Ordered curbside pickup. No signs where to park Called inside and was told there is no curbside pickup. Was told to come to window Then door Then asked if handicapped Answered yes. Then someone will be out soon First time at this facility. Was expecting food but only treats,drinks, etc.
...Awesome place for different ice-cream treats...All the young people that work there are very courteous, polite and hard working...I just wish they'd bring back the hot foods like hotdogs 🌭 and hamburgers 🍔...Also I miss them for the few months their closed for winter...

Lost a $10 gift card when my wife pulled two out of her pocket. That's not on them tho. Reminds me of a dairy bar in my hometown. Small ice cream only. Outside vibe.

Been here a few times and always had nice and friendly staff but today an older woman picked up the phone and I couldn’t even get her name because she was so rude and short and hung the phone up on me while I was talking. It was the first time I ever placed a curbside order because today I had my special needs child with me and is not able to stand on a line for a long period of time. The app showed that curbside was available at this location so I did that instead. It said to call when I’m there so they can bring my order out. The person who picked up the phone, who did sound like a much older woman was really rude and nasty. All she had to do was tell me in a decent way that I had to come to the window because curbside wasn’t an option, but instead she was nasty and hung up the phone on me in the middle of me asking her if curbside wasn’t available? Never had an issue with this place til today and I won’t be going back. People just hire anyone these days.

Everytime I come to Dairy Qween in Longview, NC. I always get a Banana Split, I've learned from several trips their the Bananas are always rotten, I have said something several times and they still serve them anyway, I've watched different employees cut a Banana open looking through the window and you can see dark black spots all in the Banana, I told the guy I was eating that and told him I watched him peel that rotten banana, so he walks back and show the owner/Manager and he just looked at me like I had a problem because I wouldn't except it like that . I have made up my mind not to go back there anymore, what's the point in getting a Banana Split when you wind up throwing most of your banana away, I'm just saying they charge over $8.00 for a Banana Split, you shouldn't have to ask for fresh Bananas, that's just bad business .
