Dairy Queen/Orange Julius Treat Ctr

This DQ seems to always be out of items. Today I wanted to get an Orange Julius, but they are out of the mix. They are also out of lids, so they won't sell you drinks. I wonder if the owner knows of all the money it's losing. Even a couple behind us left because they also wanted a Julius.

Went here to buy ice cream for my son. My wife asked one of the employees (Caleb) a question and instead of answering the question, he pointed to the board and said the ingredients are right there. If I was his manager I'd fire him on the spot. You don't disrespect customers like that.

We bought a cake for our boss man for his birthday. The writing on it looked like a 5 year old done it and had a fingerprint on it. We could not take it back because we were doing public service as well . The lady explained to me she couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak to her boss " District Manager ". Evidently he didn't have the time. Thank you Dairy Queen for not stepping up to the plate
