Not sure the deal but u need to shut down your ordering for grubhub and DoorDash if u are gonna be closed due to remodel or whatever u are doing. Can’t even post a sign on your door or update social media?

Originally came by here on April 30, this resturaunt was dirty and the girl behind the counter was licking her fingers and eating the fries while she was mixing them in the bowl. I had a hunch something wasn't right and tonight my family and I ate next door at Texas Roadhouse, walked over to see Dickey's was closed. Definitely not surprised.

I have ordered by phone from Dickey's in the past for carry-out order's, and the food was very good, and staff was great. The problem I have is per their answering machine you can order online which is not true per the website, and they are not open on Sunday's even though the website says they are.

The management needs to get on the same page as their website and make some drastic changes if they are going to be a successful establishment in Hickory. I went to a BBQ competitor this past Sunday with a $200.00 order after driving up to Dickey's to find out that they were closed. Management needs to make some changes, so I give them one star on their IT and poor voicemail services.

I will get my BBQ and brisket from Apple City BBQ in Taylorsville which is AWESOME for my parties, and family events from here on out unless something changes with their business practices.

Do not order from here, sign on the door says they’re closed until further notice. The app claims it’s open though so they will take your money. Hopefully they’ll close for good, ate there a decade ago and it was awful. I hope my neighbor gets their money back through a bank dispute.

Ordered through the usual failing DoorDash….smoked kielbasa was more like smoldering dry crunchy kielbasa, received more fat than brisket, and third item didn’t receive it but judging by other I’m sure I’d been disappointed as well so better off I guess. Overall food wasn’t good at all. Most definitely not worth the $50 I was charged.

Ordered via Grubhub. Surprised they were open so late. First time ordering, and it was great. Thank you. Brisket melted in my mouth and flavorful. Kielbasa was plentiful and great tasting.
