I'd give 0 stars if it would let me! Dominos (Patterson Pizza owners) has BEYOND THE WORST customer service. Don't let them fool you by their commenting on the bad feedback because they are doing it just to make themselves look good and like they care, they DON'T!!!! They WILL never reply to your phone calls or emails!!!! They couldn't care any less for their customers and lie about their customer satisfaction!!!! 3 months of constant calling and emailing and NO reply!!!

Do not, I repeat do not order from this dominos. We were served a pizza that tasted like eating raw dough and the manager was rude and didn't care one bit that we were served raw pizza never apoligized and would not replace the pizza. As a matter of fact I wouldn't order from any dominos as the cooperate office couldn't care less either and doesn't respond to your complaints. We'll never order from Dominos again we'll give our business to a small local pizza place that cares about their customers and the product they serve that has way better pizza even though it cost more and is further to drive. And if we can't make it to that one we'll order from Dominos competitor Little Caesars!!! Here is a screenshot of Dominos guarentee does any of the above sound like their guarantee? Best pizza in Mountainview (not much competition). The staff is always friendly and the place looks clean. Pizza is always prepared correctly and quickly. For some reason I always regret eating it an hour later, but we always come back.
The pizzas look delicious, the service was fast and friendly. They were still hot once we got them home. Will be ordering

I eat here 3 to 4 time a week an usually pay online but gess thay really don't like cash. even the manager that I all ways see there told me no to take a 100 I had a 30 dollar order but she refused cash I told her I would never come there agen I spend at least 100 a week

The 6.99 mix and match deal is a complete lie. It is impossible to build a 2 topping pizza, or make any other selection that will equal the quoted 6.99 price. These prices are set by the store and it false advertising. Add the 4.99 delivery fee, and you’re going to be paying significantly more than you should for sub-par pizza.
