We Ordered a large meat lovers when leaving my sisters in long view before she brought me home off springs road! They said 20 to 25 minutes which was perfect since that’s how long it takes us to get to springs road! When we get to dominoes they tell us it’s gonna be another 20-30 minutes, because they only had one oven, which was not told to us when we ordered the pizza! I am very irritated as I spent almost an hour trying to get one pizza!

i ordered a pizza at 11:30pm, and around 12:10am the tracker said that my order was delivered. however, i did not receive anything. i called the store at 12:12am and asked if my order was still on the way. i was told that my order was still on the way. i waited another 30 minutes and still received nothing. i called the store again at 12:43am and asked if my order was still on the way, and then i was told that i either could have my order remade or receive store credit. i normally do not have problems like this at this dominoes, but tonight was an exception.
As I sat here and waited on my pizza for 30 minutes, the person that was making it did not have gloves on the whole time. And didn’t wash her hands once. The other lady that came to help her washed her hands and started making another order also with no gloves on. This is absolutely disgusting.

Pizza was supposed to be delivered by 530 didn’t arrive until 615. Wings were cold and my wife was supposed to have buffalo sauce but it wasn’t included. My pizza smelled like gasoline. I couldn’t eat it had to throw away

Placed an order thru the app said it would be 30-35 months for a pickup order for a small pizza. Get to the store to pick up and was told it would be another 25 min for a pickup order. The manager at this location should seriously look into this and see what is going on. We have never had any issues with any of the other dominos in the area doing this stuff.

What a joke anymore! The last 2 deliveries time were awful. 1st time it went to my neighbors and we had to call them and get it back, after almost an hour of trying to find our order and them telling us on the phone they will replace our order but it will be 2 to 3 hours. And now this time, they delivered our order to the wrong house again, went back to the store and “fixed” the issue and I called and they said it will be delivered shortly and fresh. It showed up 15 mins later and COLD! I called and they said they will come back and take my food back and remake it. I said no, o want a dodo and the store said they can’t do that!! So I I had recook my pizza that was “fresh”. SHAME ON YALL!!!!
