Placed an order thru the app said it would be 30-35 months for a pickup order for a small pizza. Get to the store to pick up and was told it would be another 25 min for a pickup order. The manager at this location should seriously look into this and see what is going on. We have never had any issues with any of the other dominos in the area doing this stuff.

What a joke anymore! The last 2 deliveries time were awful. 1st time it went to my neighbors and we had to call them and get it back, after almost an hour of trying to find our order and them telling us on the phone they will replace our order but it will be 2 to 3 hours. And now this time, they delivered our order to the wrong house again, went back to the store and “fixed” the issue and I called and they said it will be delivered shortly and fresh. It showed up 15 mins later and COLD! I called and they said they will come back and take my food back and remake it. I said no, o want a dodo and the store said they can’t do that!! So I I had recook my pizza that was “fresh”. SHAME ON YALL!!!!

Decided to try their new york style pizza.. Its not new york style. It tasted weird. The crust was too thick and it was waaaay oversauced.

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 12-22 minutes later. Show up at that time and guy at the window says it's gonna be another 20-30 minutes and that we need to pull around. We have a screaming kid in the backseat so I call in to cancel the order on our way home and lady on the phone says "well it's ready now" like we should just turn around even though an employee just said it would be 30 minutes. Will make the drive to 127 from now on.

The pizza I ordered was great! Had ample toppings of Bacon and Beef. Found a coupon for a large and it was cheaper than $13.00! I will be a regular weekly. An added bonus, if you use their app, you earn free pizza after ordering two! What a bonus! What other pizza place can offer that?

So disappointed in this store. I ordered 2 pizzas tonight picked them up, got home opened them and they were BURNT!!!!

Pizza was burnt, but at least the order was correct. Even though they skimped out on the toppings compared to every other Domino’s I’ve ordered from. Could be better, could be worse; but I’d advice driving to a different location and doing pickup rather than getting deliver from this location. The time before my last order, they delivered to the wrong location, gave my food to someone else, and I never received anything for compensation

I am extremely frustrated with the Springs Road location. I order from this location 1-2 times a month. My total after using my dominoes rewards was $3.10( which is great).Ordered online and my husband picked up the pizza and paid at the drive thru. Guy at the window said $3.10. Paid with my debit card. Didn't think anything about it. Looked at my bank account 2 days later and it was charged for $18.16.( this was not even close to the total of my order even if no rewards were used)Looked at my dominoes acct and it shows that dominoes voided my order. So what exactly did I pay for? I am making a guess here that somebody paid with cash for an order and the guy at the window pocketed the cash and used my card to pay for said cash order. Went back to the Springs Road location today and they said yeah, I see where it was voided but we can't do anything about it.Also showed them the ticket from the top of the pizza box that said $3.10 and the amount that my card was charged. Again said they can't do anything about it. I am going to guess we are not the first people this has happened to but may just be the first to notice it. Poor business practice. I know it is only a $15 extra charge but come on Dominoes this is so disappointing that you steal from your customers and act as if it is no big deal. Sad that I have to no longer order from a place that I love just because of dishonest people.
