I wish I could review the food/drinks but we walked in there to order and were the second people in line and after taking the order in-front of us the girl at the counter does not communicate anything like “I will be right with you” and starts making all the orders. I understand places are busy, however, communicate with the customers what you’re doing, don’t just ignore them. We got there at 10:22a and walked out at 10:43a because our order had not even been taken yet. The lady in front of us received her donuts and was still waiting on the rest of her order and they actually gave her the wrong donuts so the lady takes them out of the customers bag that the customer was touching the donuts and everything and the Dunkin worker put the donuts back behind the case. GROSS! Awful service.

Usually get good a quick service here, but today the staff were not on their game. One was running around outside near the drive through giggling her head off and then ran inside to take my order. I usually get good drinks here but this was the 2nd time my order was wrong when i only ordered a large frozen mocha swirl and a medium pumpkin spice late. They added pumpkin into my mocha, which is not what i normally get at all. It wasn’t bad, but not what i was expecting. If the staff was not playing around maybe it would had been correct.

The breakfast choices are decent. The side order of bacon...AMAZING! They are always so nice helping me figure out what I'm wanting to order.
I love dunken, don't get me wrong, but why do they put a huge amount of green tea when I ask for a refresher? I at least wanted it to be a bit more refresher than green tea, but sadly the green tea takes over the whole cup and just gives not even an inch of refresher, I hope they fix this amount bc if I wanted just green tea I would've asked for it but I didn't other then that the bagels are good.
