Absolutely the best service!! The associate that took my order Helena made my drink perfectly even though it had substitutions and was super polite!! I would recommend this location anytime!!
First they gave a coffee which was not even Luke warm and when asked they brewed and gave a fresh coffee. Other food was good. Clean store. Clean restrooms. There is little ceasers also in the same gas station. I would definitely recommend stopping for a quick break.
The new guy didn't type my order in correctly.. by the time I got my coffee I had been waiting over 10 minutes only to take a sip and see it wasn't right... though the manager was the one who made me my coffee and I told her it wasn't right she didn't even offer to correct it.
Not plate with this location.. Will always prefer Springs Rd.
This place is very slow. I waited for 30 mins for a regular small cup of coffee
This location sucks! if your thinking about stopping don’t! You’ll wait forever for your order on top of the employees being rude and having an attitude while there manager( I think) are having an attitude towards them. There was only one sweet person when I came here, she didn’t seem stressed although they were busy and she was smiling! She was tall and I can’t remember her name for the life of me, but it started with a J. She made my experience better even though I waited forever and other employees were rude.
10:52Am 4/19/25. Myself and several others were in line inside because the drive thru was backed up. We all waited well over 5min and were never acknowledged so we left. 1 employee was making drinks, but the other 2 at drive thru window were just chatting and not doing anything. They saw us and just ignored us. This location just keeps going down hill. Not the first time this has happened.
I stopped by this morning on my way to work like I do every day but to be honest I was shocked this time. The guy that took my order was management wearing a black shirt and I think he said his name was Nick, anyways, the way that he was speaking to his employees was absolutely unprofessional and aggressive. He should not be in management and should be terminated. If there is a high turnover rate, he is probably the reason why. You should never scold your employees in front of customers, especially customers who pay attention and listen. If I ever see this action again I will say something to him personally.
Sandwich and coffee!
My Orders are hardly ever right. Over 75% of the time I request a bagel for my sandwich and they put it on a croissant. Not sure how hard it is to read. I stopped coming as often as I usually do because of their lack of ability to read an order correctly.
Ordered through the mobile app. Half of the menu items I ordered weren’t available and had to be substituted. The coffee I ordered had no adequate substitution; therefore, I was told I would have to go through the app for a refund. This has proved to be a pain.
EDIT: It has been a month, still no contact from Dunkin after several attempts to receive a refund for a product I paid for, but did not receive.

It was 11:15 in the morning. Manager and her one employee were completely clueless on everything that involved their job. They do not know how to clear off an order screen. Actually they don't even know how to read an order screen waited 25 minutes for a frozen drink. They skipped my order to get their drive-thru squared away but that didn't even help cuz they just kept getting buried and buried because it took them on average 10 minutes to make a single drink. I've worked in restaurant for over 15 years. If my staff performed to that standard I'd go outside and throw myself in the dumpster. Damn shame place was dirty to
I ordered on doordash, 25 munchkins, 2 donuts, one maple bacon sandwich. They were out of the maple bacon, and whichever employee made my order added 2 extra donuts, 10 extra munchkins, and extra regular bacon. Super sweet, super kind, as well as two notes apologizing for the lack of maple bacon. This employee deserves a raise for sure, 10/10 customer service

I get the same thing every time and this tasted really bad. I went back inside to ask for a remake in a polite way and one of the employees made a snarky comment insinuating I ordered it wrong.. I told her I order the same thing every-time and this is definitely not right. She remade it thankfully and it was better (still not great). And honestly this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten dog water from this location. I would recommend the dunkin on springs rd or the one in Conover! They never fail to make my drinks correct and are always very nice! Not sure what’s up with this specific location…
