Most of the employees are so nice and accommodating, my only complaint is that usually my drinks have too much ice. But my drinks are always made fast and correctly, most of the bad reviews have clearly just never worked customer service or understand how workplaces work. Like sorry but calling corporate on teenage minimum wage workers won’t help anybody.

If I could give negative stars I completely would. Today, January 23, 2026 went through the drive thru at 12:26 pm ordered a Large Coca Mocha. When I got to the window I paid exact cash, $6.62, the employee didn't give me a receipt, I wasn't really worried about it at the time because I was on my lunch break. Get back to the office and it's the wrong drink, go figure. I go back up to the store of course with no receipt because she didn't give me one to let her know she gave me the wrong drink, she gave me a Iced Cloud Latte with 4 pumps of chocolate caramel and chocolate cold foam, So not anywhere near what I ordered. When I told her this wasn't what i ordered, she stated yes it was and I said this is not a Large Coca Mocha I've ever had and then she proceeds to get an attitude with me and tells me that's not what she said. She said its a Iced Chocolate cloud latte which is what you ordered, she then asks me for a receipt that she knows she didn't give me and then says she cant do anything without a receipt. I then ask for their corporate number she states they do not have one, then I ask for the store number as well as her name and she states its policy they don't have to give that information out. She says they are owned by a franchisee, when asked who it is she states they don't have to provide that either! Then what do you have to provide?! This is bare minimum customer service. Mind you, I was extremely respectful and not saying what i wanted to, I told her I didn't understand why she was making this so difficult and she says she's not and she doesn't have an attitude. Well then what do you call it? I had to jump through hoops to get the address to that Dunkin by going next door to the gas station right beside this Dunkin to get their address so I can be certain of the one I went to then waiting on a customer service agent from the 1800 number that the woman states she didn't have to give out or don't have, I had to wait for her to give me the store number which is 363001. Just in case any of y'all need it for future experiences. I would give her name but she states she doesn't have to give it. All in all if I were future customers in Hickory NC I WOULD NOT visit this Dunkin 1935-1949 Startown Rd Hickory NC 28602, go to the one of Springs Rd...the customer service and the drinks there are so much better anyways. I was just closer to this one today, but my mistake. NEVER AGAIN!!! If the franchisee reads this maybe you should replace the staff there, they are not friendly or competent by any means!

15 MInutes in the drive thru, for a sandwich and coffee. Was given a hassle when we insturcted that our food was ready and next to the window. Asked for money back and they wouldnt give it. Took a bite of the sandwich, not toasted and the meat was rotten. Will be escalating to Dunkin Corporate

Great decorations for Christmas, thats about it. The bagels are over toasted. The avocado toast was literally NOT toasted and stale. Do not recommend.

Had a mobile order and still waited 20 minutes. Got 2 hot chocolates and never tasted anything more horrendous in my life. Threw them both away. Tasted like 4 drizzles of cigarette ash water, 3 sprinkles of sewage water, and 2 drops of watered down black coffee 🤮🤮🤮

Ordered hot chocolate...was awful ... mostly just watered down chocolate... this dunkin does not even have a contact number to call back. Was on my lunch and when I got back to office I took a sip of my hot chocolate and by that time it was to late to go back. I will just go to another Dunkin from now on

The service and staff of this place is absolutely abhorrent! Never in my years have I been to a Dunkin worse than this.. I go in today and ask for a medium drink, but was rung up a large! I let this be known to the worker who just says “well it’s rung up as a large” okay? Fix it! The staff here are terrible, and after all of that the drink tasted like dishwater! Everyone, do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this store. Go to Starbucks instead, at least there they don’t treat you like the scum of the earth. If I could give ZERO stars I would. -100/10 NEVER COME HERE!

Very unprofessional how they were speaking and acting toward one of the coworker who obviously needed help. I don’t know if this woman was new or just need to be retrained but slamming stuff and being rude it not okay when someone ask for help. The coworker put a drink in the wrong area and the manger yelled out for everyone to hear “ Stop putting the drinks in the wrong area this drink is for the drive through not customers pickup, I don’t wanna walk half way across America to get the order.” (Mind you it was like maybe 5 steps) The “Manager” working drive through with the rose tattoo on her neck RUDE and the woman who was making drinks RUDE. Don’t criticize your employee in front of customers. And if an employee needs more training and help you should train them again and be patient

This place is horrible, gave small straws for large drinks spent $10 and told she isn't allowed to give large straws for large drinks when I complained and asked for corporate number was told by manager she would call police. Over a large straw, are you kidding me, larger old lady manager has zero people skills and employees look terrified of her.

I always come to Dunkin to get coffee using the mobile app. For the life I cannot understand why would it take 15-20 minutes to get my order. You have to figure this out. I leave my house at 10:35, get to Dunkin at 10:38 leave at 10:54. Coffee is filled to the brim that it is seeping through lid and the window worker didn't even offer me napkins to wipe my coffee down. What is going on?
