This Dunkin really should be more competitive by now with a new(ish) Starbucks right on the other side of the street. They’re always understaffed and take forever to take and make my order. If there’s 2-3 cars in line at Dunkin when I want to go quickly before work I just go across the street to Starbucks instead where I spend a little more (but better quality). They will get me through the drive through faster with 5-6 cars ahead of me. Step it up, please, Dunkin.

First timer for Dunkin donuts...Literally no one here but still take 15 minutes to get 6 donuts. Donuts seems to be out in the open all day, pretty dry and has harden some. Will be going to Krispy Kreme for all future doughnuts.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The drinks tased like burnt coffee beans with syrup and dirty mop water or soured milk. I got a butter pecan frozen coffee and it tasted like rotten apples In coffee.

This place has so much potential to be great. But the service is soooooo slow and takes forever to just get a coffee. I pulled into the drive thru line at 7:45am with 2 cars in front of me to order. It is now 8:06am and I am just placing my order. 20 minutes just to get an iced coffee. This is ridiculous!

Haven't been to Dunkin donuts for years. They have upped their menu quite a bit from what I remember. Tried the sausage egg and cheese croissant. Quite tasty with a regular coffee. I would order that again. I remember a wider donut selection.

The experience at the café was disappointing when I ordered a large tea and requested a large straw. I was informed that large straws were only available for drinks with whipped cream, which felt quite frustrating and unnecessary. It left me questioning the customer service at the establishment.

Every time I come here my drink is filled
to the brim with ice, leaving me like two ounces of my drink. Also ur workers seem like they could use some fun. the customer service is horrible and when I talk to them they can’t spare a smile

Don’t come here if you don’t use the drive thru
Every time I go to the Dunkin, My drink is made wrong. It’s not a difficult drink. It’s just a Matcha latte that’s it. I don’t get anything extra in it. It’s not difficult. It’s not complicated. It’s just a Matcha latte. But every time I go there, it’s Wrong, they either don’t add enough Matcha powder and it tastes gross and bland or they add way too much milk and it taste like I’m drinking milk or like today where it taste fine but it is given to me half full and stuffed with ice so it looks like they just took a small, put it in a large cup and then filled the cup with ice. I didn’t even notice when I was in the drive thru but I did when I got to work.

The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves for hiring the woman who manages this location. She is nasty and has no buisness in customer service, let alone managing a store. Because I asked for light ice in my large drink She hands my husband a cup with less than half full. I asked for a refund since she didn't bother to tell me before she made it that she was going give me a cup less than half full. She refused to give me a refund so I asked for a different drink and she wouldn't do that. I doubt it, but I can only hope that the owners of this franchise sees these reviews because Michelle needs to be replaced by someone who is professional. It's a damn shame since the inside is very nice.
I highly recommend the Dunkin at 1205 2nd St. NE. Rob, GM, knows how a manager is supposed to treat his employees and more importantly, his customers.
