I visited Dunkin’ Donuts today to try the cookie butter latte, but unfortunately, my experience was not great. When I arrived and went through the drive-thru, I asked some questions about the drink. The employee taking my order seemed annoyed and acted like they didn’t want to be there, which made the entire experience unpleasant. If someone doesn’t want to work at a coffee shop, they should consider a different job instead of treating customers poorly. This was my first experience with Dunkin’ Donuts, and it will also be my last.

Went in the lobby this morning and ordered on the kiosk because nobody was at the counter, waited 30 minutes, never got the food, never saw a worker. So I just left.

i’ve been coming here consistently for the last 2 years and these last couple months have been HORRIBLE i finally had enough and requested a refund for my coffee and michelle took it upon herself to give me an attitude and raise her voice at me instead of giving me the refund i requested considering she is the shift MANAGER i hope this location gets new employees because i will never be back

For the last 2 years I have consistently gone to this Dunkin however the last few months it has gone very down hill. The wait times are terrible, when you go inside it takes so long for someone to acknowledge you, and half the time I've gotten an iced coffee it has tasted very wrong. I've had to stop going and drive out of my way to the other locations in town.

This place has got to get its act together. The wait times are atrocious to the point making a mobile order just holds you hostage because you’ve already spent your money. They had a really good run for a while but now … for weeks now really, it’s been terrible. They need staff and a competent leader that can make their work environment where someone wants to be because in the end employees do not quit companies they quit bad managers!

I loveeee this place! I recently became a dunking fan instead of Starbucks! They are much more inexpensive the cups are bigger the drinks are delicious their breakfast is better and ten times cheaper!! All around it’s great.. I don’t like that my donuts are never hot when they come out and that u have to wait a long time in the line… I know that around the time people are going to work and stuff that it’s probably just over load of orders but I think they need some more employees I would love to stop all the time on my way to work but last time I barely made it to work in time because I was in line for ten minutes… I think this is mainly a staffing issue is what I assume. So hopefully they will hire some more help! Other than that I love dunkin! I think that I’ll probably try to start mobile ordering and see if I can get in faster because the line I’m sitting in right now is taking a very very long time….but I’ll keep coming just can’t come as much as I would like because I can’t wait 10-20mins.. I’ve had to leave and just go to Starbucks across the street a few times now…. Also, if you download the app for the first 14days u have the app you get a free medium drink with any purchase every day for those first 14days and that’s awesome!

There has been a change in the management at this location and it has turned out to be the WORST ! I order online to prevent long waiting times and I still end up waiting. I even started going inside to do my pick up and I’m still waiting . Today was my final straw , I ordered bagels and they were burnt and had the wrong cream cheese .

The manager (michelle) at this location has an attitude problem. I have certain health issues that require me to be able to get certain nutritional information and when asked for it, she could not provide me any nutritional information or allergen information and then told me to get out when I told her it was required by law to have a nutritional guidebook and told me i was disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!!! This manager needs to be fired. As someone who's worked in food service for 7 years myself and been a manager, there's ZERO reason to behave this way to a customer. If you cant provide information you are REQUIRED to provide, then maybe you should address this issue before someone ends up in the hospital. I will NEVER return to this location, as getting completely disrespected and yelled at and then ignored at 730 in the morning is bullshit.
