Rude and poor customer service. Went through drive through and didn't even complete order due to pissy attitude.

I asked for a small hot cup of coffee and they gave me a cold cup, not a hot one. Then I asked them for a hot cup again and they gave me the same thing cold. are they making fun of me? bad service.

The food and the technical difficulties aren’t the best but, the crew is always happy, nice and give the tip top customer service!!! Kodos to the crew!!! They make it all positive even when the drive through speakers aren’t working!!!

Usually have okay experiences here. They're randomly closed during business hours today - so not sure whats going on. Will update if I hear anything. Door was unlocked and people were in there but no one came to the counter or anything.

Drinks was great but I sat in drive thru for 10 mins then go inside and there was 8 employees around the front counter just chating and cutting up.

Never go to this establishment they have a worker there that is very rude and that threatens to put their hands on you and they do not fire their employees when they are in the wrong

9/14/24 10:30 am. The Open sign was up but the doors were locked and there was no sign on the door. Also, no one answers the phone number listed and it says no voicemail was set up. If you are short handed and only have the drive thru open, you should put a sign on the door. I can't see what's available when going thru the drive thru but I might have if there was a sign. You will lose business all day this way.

Ordered a bacon, egg and croissant. The bacon was burnt. Asking for napkins seemed like I was really putting the girl out. When I asked for them she replied "You want napkins?" ?

I had stopped by to get some breakfast and decided to stop by this Dunkin as it was close by. Food was good, the employee who attended us was polite but the manager, we asked for some ketchup as we only received two in our bag and it was quite a few of us eating who enjoy ketchup with our meals, and so we proceeded to ask the manager for some ketchup, gave us attitude and a dirty look and only gave us one packet. I don’t see the reason to behave like that nor attended us in the manner that we were, so for that I give it an overall rating of 3/5 simply because of how the manger’s behavior towards us as everything else about our visit wasn’t too bad.
