Well let’s start by this service sucks here 1st order they get wrong then they forgot part of order and I ask for a hot coffee and my coffee is as cold as ice
This the second time I been here 1st time I let it go but this time is like what the hell

Light and sweet hot coffee taste like shit

This is the third time they have gotten an order this time was the last time asked for a frappe equivalent at Duncan would be a frozen coffee with ice blend, but employee smirked at me with a chuckle informing me. They do not have rabbits so they can give me an frozen coffee what I received was an ice coffee

Awesome service!!! One of the best places around for hospitality - not kidding. Adam and the other guys are so attentive to fixing your orders. I get my stuff on the app all the time and they know what I like! I've seen them go above and beyond for other guests. Seeing that is so cool - makes the vibe really warm and cozy, knowing the staff really do want us there.

This store was a hot mess. Coffee was terrible, and I wasted my 5.55 on medium shaken espresso double shots. Won't do that again. Staff acted like they didn't enjoy working there. One employee told another employee to STFU. I was like, WOW OK.

I went there today and usually the people are friendly but I normally go during the week. I didn't know the guy and girl there today. But they were both very very rude. The girl in drive thru named Brittney rushed me to order. I went around 3:15. Then when I ordered she left some of my toppings off. So I asked for the correct toppings she slammed the window on me and was very rude to me the whole time. So I went inside and asked for a GM and the guy lied told me the GM was there but she really wasn't. So when I asked to speak to her he threated me and told me to leave and threated to call the police on me. All because I asked to speak to the GM about their horrible attitudes. They both need to be fired I've never experienced such horrible rude customer service. And they are supposed to give u corporate num anytime u ask for it. Or let you speak to the GM. And then i got threatened when I asked to speak to a GM.

This place takes entirely too long to serve their customers. Don’t go to the drive-through. It’s gonna take 10 minutes to get anything with no line. Don’t go inside. It takes 10 minutes to get anything with no line. I’ve never seen it. Take 10 minutes to make a simple iced coffee with cream and sugar. This is ridiculous.

I asked for a small hot cup of coffee and they gave me a cold cup, not a hot one. Then I asked them for a hot cup again and they gave me the same thing cold. are they making fun of me? bad service.

The food and the technical difficulties aren’t the best but, the crew is always happy, nice and give the tip top customer service!!! Kodos to the crew!!! They make it all positive even when the drive through speakers aren’t working!!!
