Went today with my family and had a terrible experience. Was ignored by our waitress, she waited on 3 separate parties that got there AFTER us and when i told the “supervisor” she said the waitress was “busy” thats why she hadn’t waited on us yet. Mind you the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us. I was a waitress at one point too so i understand being busy. However, nothing was said to us, we weren’t even acknowledged. I usually have a pleasant experience here but not today. I guess new management because Ive never seen that “supervisor” before and she was NO help. Do not recommend.

I have been going to east coast in hickory for years. Today’s food was unacceptable. I received boneless wings that looked like trash. Looked like they were cooked and sauced yesterday and reheated in a microwave.

When East Coast came to Hickory it was the spot for me and my family. The burgers was amazing and fried pickles was the best. I had not ate there in long while. But today decided to have it and the menu totally changed which is fine but the food was not all that. Burger tasted like just another burger around. Almost like they changed vendors and the seasons they used. Fried pickles are now just like any other place that has them. At one time they was whole pickle, crispy, and seasoned like no one else. Now East Coast Wings is like everything else around. I took a break and when i went back they lost the uniqueness they had and now is just a clone of everything else. I will not ever be back and will never recommend them… Go back to the first 4 years you was open! It was way better than now and had unique flavor.
