Their blended coffee drinks are good but their bagged coffee tastes like flavored bulk coffee you scoop out of those bins you would get from a supermarket.

I'm confused about my order today. My friend and I both purchased a 24 oz Turtle Slammer. I questioned why mine didn't have any chocolate syrup (actually none) and was tan instead of its normal chocolate color, and I was assured I had the correct order; my friend received his, and it looked as it should. I did however ask the girl that took my order to ADD salted caramel Toriani, so maybe she misunderstood me and thought that's ALL I wanted? Either way, I'll be sticking to ordering the original without adding anything from now on.

Great coffee, but there were roaches crawling behind the hot coffee containers and the condiment tray. Do not think i will ever return.

Absolutely phenomenal. More coffee options in this one shop than in the entire combined franchises of a certain Seattle based "coffee" chain. More sugar free flavors than I've seen anywhere. Excellent and friendly staff that can help you create any coffee creation you want. Also a wide variety of coffee than you can get while bean, or ground, by the pound.

Found it very inconvenient to be told many times my LR discount is not valid unless I purchased a coffee with cash? Most of the workers did not know what I was referring to when told about the discount. However, on the university site there is a section where Emerson’s coffee appears to be part of their partners

There's probably about 40 flavors or more to pick from for lattes and frappes. I got a pecan pie frappe, and while it didn't taste like pecan pie, it was still good, and we also got a thin mint frappe that was VERY tasty and refreshing. Also didn't take long to make at all.
