Second time visiting here first time wasn't great actually horrible but I tried again and manager listened to me and gave me a great deal and changed my mind about this place. I always used too go to the one in Morganton which is always excellent.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! I’ve never experienced something so terrible in my life I always take my family to enjoy firehouse we decided to try this location and was very DISAPPOINTED!! Firstly this location needs new management in the short time I spent there I witnessed management gossiping about other employees and pretty much talk to them like they are children! The lobby was a mess and it took so long to get our food I believe our meat went bad it was so SLIMEY! Firehouse I don’t know what’s happening at this location FIRE THE MANAGEMENT!!! She has no idea what she’s doing management needs to spend more time on food quality and keeping the lobby clean than gossiping about her employees! I ordered a hook and ladder not a SLUG on a RUG do better firehouse! I will never come back to this location again.

They have the worst possible customer service. The staff just stands around cracking jokes with each other instead of asking if you need help, or want to order. Then when they do respond you still have to wait because they are arguing about who's going to do the dishes.

After waiting 30 mins in line for one $15 sandwich. I decided I might have better luck if I went inside. Went thru the wrong door which, if that's true, should be locked. Was yelled at by one of the workers and then proceeded to get a medium sandwich. Wrong size. I had already wasted over 45 mins dealing with these people so I just left while I could. Don't eat here. People are rude, food is overpriced and doesn't come close to the quality of other firehouse subs locations. Jessica was nice and was the only staff member to actually acknowledge how terrible the service is.
Don't want customers to walk thru certain doors? Lock it. There is an obvious deadbolt above the handle. Also an Absolute joke to expect drive thru customers to walk all the way around the building after ignoring them for half an hour.

I always order online at least twice a week and my order is always correct.
Staff was friendly, food was great, service was quick, atmosphere was clean, restroom was clean, parking lot was clean. There was plenty of available parking, tables were available inside, drive thru was moving pretty quick. If in the area and looking for a Firehouse Sub, I'd definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Placed an online order for pickup, waited past the scheduled pickup time. Was short one sub which took a very long time to figure out which sub was missing - they opened up all of the other subs and still could not figure it out....SMH. Second, the kitchen area was dirty with old food items scattered on the counter and floor, the entire room was filled with smoke/steam such that it was condensing on everything in the room and windows. Not very friendly staff, very sad/dirty atmosphere, combined with very unappetizing product in the end. We have ordered from this firehouse location when it first opened - was excellent! I suspect that was an opening crew that has now moved on...and with it the quality, care, and pride in the facility. We won't be back to this location...sad.
