Second time visiting here first time wasn't great actually horrible but I tried again and manager listened to me and gave me a great deal and changed my mind about this place. I always used too go to the one in Morganton which is always excellent.

Staff was friendly, food was great, service was quick, atmosphere was clean, restroom was clean, parking lot was clean. There was plenty of available parking, tables were available inside, drive thru was moving pretty quick. If in the area and looking for a Firehouse Sub, I'd definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Food was great. Only 2 cars in the parking lot and it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the drive thru. They said...be with you in a minute...I even backed the car up after 5 minutes of waiting hoping it would remind someone that I was there...again they said, be with you in a minute and it still took 5 more minutes for someone to take my order. The 2 employees were very nice, my food was great but not sure what took TOO LONG.
