When I had went to this location I was greeted at the door with a smile and welcome and the staff on shift that night (Jay, Kay Kay, and Nat) they were amazing and so friendly!! I will be coming back just for the pleasant atmosphere!

That the cashier and Sandwich makers went above and beyond and got me a manager to help with the app. Ended up being that I needed to connect to the store wifi. Then I was able to use the app to place my order and recieve a discount. This time of day I need to save all the money that I can. So the manager came out from around the corner greeted us with a beautiful true smile and has eager to help in any way possible. Very pleased with this.

Every topping was supposed to be light and after picking up the sandwich my hands were dripping, so I basically ate a soup sandwich. Half was decent and the other half was so wet I touched it and what food wasn’t soaked had no flavor (so I had to throw it away)…. It had been 6 years since we last ate at a firehouse and I will not be going back to one.

I was on the hunt for some soft foods for my brother he had his teeth pulled and couldn't really eat much, so I went here and I asked them what was the softest foods they had and bless them they went above and beyond!!! Mac and cheese with a side of chopped roast beef, a super soft cheesey sandwich he can pull apart and eat, and a side of stuffing. My brother almost cried because he could actually eat it!!!
The girls working tonight at this location need raises because they delivered with so much care into making his food and asking me and other brother questions to make sure it was good enough for him. Top 100 off the chart service will definitely be back and seriously those girls need raises!!!!! 10 stars
