Yesterday 3-23-2025 i came in with my mother and small children. YOUR EMPLOYEES WAS EXTREMELY GREAT, the cashier Brea was running dine in cashier managing drive through and jumping in to help on the line as yall was extremely busy Extremely busy and all employees kept a positive attitude and kept pushing to make sure everybody was taking care of Highly satisfied with the employees YOUR CUSTOMERS WHERE EXTEWMLY RUDE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES and still yet the memebers kept a smile and proceeded to help assist the situation i can honestly say the group of members you had this morning is remarkable they encounter rude rude guest there was only three people working in the entire store and we still waited No longer them 10 mins with the amount of persons that was in the store and revolving drive thru highly empressed if the crew this morning Jonathan Crystal And Brea Did a remarkable Job

Sat at drive through board for 7 minutes. Was told someone would be right with me at 4 minutes. I left. Chic fil a is faster

There were 2 cars in the drive through when we got there, it took 5 mins. Of waiting at the speaker to be asked what we would like, put in our order and it literally took 22 minutes from the time we ordered to receiving our order. The 4 dollar mac and cheese cup was half full and the sandwich was so sloppy I was afraid to eat it in the car. The person at the window was completely filthy and i found that to be very disgusting. We definitely won't be going back there.

Good tuna sub with veggies. Generous portion of tuna! Will definitely get that again!
Parking: Good location off of main road (NC127) in Hickory, NC. Parking spots are available next to this restaurant and eating outside in their patio a good option on a nice day.

Ordered sandwich on hwy 70 today at 119 pm. Asked later where sandwich was and was told next. Another 15 no sandwich. Now 2pm. Asked where food order and told made gave it out. Which person after me still havent recieved food. Kids were done at thus point. I told lady wanted refund and if making sandwich still wanted it. Took 5 min tell me if still giving it to me. Worse service. Sandwich less meat alot of mayo
