They charged us twice two months ago, have disputed with the bank, called and spoke with two different managers, and emailed because they said they would help with no help? They basically stole over $40 from us and you can bet we will never be back.

So update. It's been about a year and the wait is still horrible. Waited 30 minutes to sit. Waited 40 minutes for the food and thats after the waitter took my order I timed it. I don't believe I'll be back here anymore. It seems to be going the way Ihop went, that's down. The entire time I was there was from 9 am to 11 am. Too long for breakfast.

I've come to First Watch over 10+ times, and I very much like the food options and the accommodations they offer. And the service (me and my spouse had Diego as our waitress today, very much liked their service) was short, sweet and barely any wait. We've had consistently good service here at First Watch each time. The atmosphere is a bit loud with the music/kitchen sounds, but not a terrible distraction. First Watch has taken pride in their customer service and the few times we've had hiccups they priorized the customer and helped us out. Definitely a high recommendation!

After a 30 minute wait to be seated (which we expected on a Saturday morning), we ended up waiting over an hour for our food. When it arrived, 5 of the 6 plates came out together. Our son waited another 5-10 minutes, while the rest of us weighed the relative merits of letting our food get cold or eating in front of a hungry teenager. When his food did arrive, we discovered the waitress had very wrongly assumed my teenager’s order of “a waffle with some bacon” meant he wanted a kids’ meal (half a waffle). Eventually he got a second kids’ meal, which equaled out to what he ordered. Staff was frazzled, service time was abysmal, food ranged from great (chile chorizo omelet) to “meh” (pancake). This was our second visit, and based on this experience, we are unlikely to try a third time.

Consistently good food. The breakfast hashes are on point every time. Plus they have great coffee and leave the carafe.

Best breakfast and brunch spot around. You wouldn’t think it’s a chain of restaurants. The food and atmosphere makes it feel like a home town spot that only exists there and caters to the locals.

My daughter went there on 8/4 and was charged twice. She called twice and was told it would be taken care of. She spoke with Amber and with Christine. So, beware.

First watch is always a great experience. Cait did a fantastic job, I had 2 crazy kids, she even made sure they could have anything they needed. Great food, great people.

This was a pick up order. So no chance to redo... I was disappointed at home. You know how that feels. I ordered the Bacodo Omelet.$15.27 I added the morning meditation drink $5.27 and a tip. The total was $26.23. That's a lot to pay for a sub par meal. I asked for it to be lightly cooked. It was rubbery and overdone. I added mushrooms and onions. I was so disappointed. The fillings were almost non existent. It says it has avocado. There was only one slice? It was rubbery egg with hardly anything in it. I will not go to this over priced restaurant again. Freaking Waffle House has an omelet 100 times better for much less. 👎 Thumbs down one of the worst omelets I have had.

Our waitress Simone was great. She took very good care of us; she was very communicative and polite.
