For someone who has never been to five guys before, never read the menu etc my experience with the cashier was enough to make me never go back. She kept interrupting me as I was ordering to correct me and say "oh so you really wanted to order blah blah" then sigh heavily when she had to fix my order. I'm sorry that I don't know exactly the "style" burger I wanted. I paid $51 for a little bacon burger, reg cheeseburger, bacon burger, 3 reg drinks and...

My wife had many allergies and the great folks at this Five Guys made her a meal that fit her diet. We really appreciate the care they took to ensure we were fed. As residents of Asheville facing the worst storm the US had ever seen, it was invigorating to get a hot meal! Thank you for your care today, and thank you for your rescue efforts in WNC!

During all the madness with the storms and power outages from Helene, the Hickory Five Guys were making food and keeping up with how busy it was. Thankfully, all the patrons were nice & understanding- it was cash only since the internet was down. They all deserve 2x pay working in this
