First, finding the entrance is a bit difficult. Upon arriving we noticed the place being virtually empty during peak lunch time. We ordered the crab cake entree which severely lacked crab and did not look like a crab cake. It was mushy with an unappetizing look and texture. The rice was ok. The salad was average with good salad dressing. The environment is gloomy and unorganized.

I love the location and really like the layout/ambiance. I would love to make this place a regular stop for us, but we can't because there is garlic in everything. I have ordered different dishes each time I have been, and the underlying taste of all of it was garlic. At a different Fresh Chef location, I even was overwhelmed by a garlic flavor in the vinaigrette.

I took my family to Fresh Chef because the food was supposed to be healthy. I wasn't impressed. The pasta had way too much sauce on it & the small amount of kale was mixed into it. The salmon was good & I liked the chef's salad. They don't serve tea & that's my preference for drink so I had lemon water. My granddaughter liked the hamburger. My daughter liked the fresh fries. Might night go back.

The place is beautiful, but the water kept bugging us and the bar guy had no clue how to make any mixed drinks. Then the one that did get made was pure liquor. Food was okay 7.5 out of 10. Might be back but probably not!

The food was good. The service was friendly and informative. The bartender needs some training though. Ordered an old fashioned and ended up with a watered down glass of grenadine and an orange slice... I'll give them a second try though, the food was worth that much.
