I visited the Golden Corral in Hickory, NC on Father’s Day, and I am absolutely appalled by the service and treatment I received. I am a bariatric patient, and as such, I carry a bariatric patient card, which usually allows me to get a kids meal since I only eat 4-6oz at a time. However, this location REFUSED to honor it. They offered me $1 off of my meal making it $16 instead of $17.

we went to Golden Corral for my daughter's birthday today an not once but twice there was hair in the food. Thick black hair that clearly wasn't ours. The fabulous waitress went to get the manager and he didn't offer too make things right at all. Like TWICE there was hair in food. $135 for only too have to go through our food too make sure there isn't hair is ridiculous. I getv accidents happen but the hair was in the food that just got brought out.
