Food quality was poor. Hand-breaded tenders were severely dried out. Meatloaf was drowned in ketchup. Steak was on the edge of too done, but sneaked by as edible. Taco meat was anything but Hispanic. Vanilla ice milk was beige and didn't want to come out of the machine. Pinto beans were good. Rolls good. The chocolate cake was dry, even though it looked moist. 🤔 Ribs sauced right but overcooked. Mashed potatoes were good, but they had 2 brown gravies and no white.🤔 Pico was very good. The salad bar looked good. Sesame chicken didn't taste like Sesame chicken. Pizza looked very unappealing. I tried to sample a little bit of the most popular items, but my appetite quickly receded. The fried chicken was good.
Overall the food quality was 1 star. Service was nice and friendly and the atmosphere was buffet-typical
Food quality needs to increase greatly or I fear that this Golden Corral will close down like so many others have.

Lunch with friends on Sunday. The salad bar was well stocked, and the hot bar, as well as the dessert bar, offered a good selection to choose from. The servers made sure that drinks were topped off and tables were cleaned promptly.

This is a much smaller golden corral. Not much options as other golden corral I've been to that has 3x more variety and selections.
Same bland food and not very much international food.

The newly crowned 2024-2025 Elite Miss North Carolina Court had a great time having breakfast together during competition weekend. A pageant girl has to eat! The manager and staff were very accommodating. They also had the opportunity to meet members of Disabled Veterans Chapter 34. Thank you Vets! ??
