Granny's Country Kitchen - Hickory

I very rarely give 5 stars to restaraunts. I am here to tell you, forget the corporate country restaraunt drama and come down to Granny's Country Kitchen for breakfast, lunch and to my suprize an awesome dinner menu!
Real good food, great prices and the best service in town!

The burgers on the menu are not what you get McDonalds is better so disappointing

I ordered a Signature Salad and added bacon, ham, pickles, peaches, and potato salad. The description states it is made with iceberg and romaine lettuce, however, there was only shredded iceberg, and very little of it (see photo). Also missing was egg and carrots. Had 2 grape tomatoes, but one was bad. In the picture it is the tomato closest to the center. You can visibly see the black spots on it. And, yes there’s more, instead of pickles I got pickled beets. Very disappointed.

Wouldn’t wanna eat here anymore after one of their employees posted a tik tok in uniform bashing working moms 🤨

Portions are huge, food is fast and delicious. Staff are friendly. Will definitely come back!

My wife and I stopped and had breakfast at this restaurant the other morning. It was our first time.

Upon entering its seat yourself. We did. Lol. Probably 5 minutes or so later, our server came over to us.

My wife got an omelet, I ordered the Country Sampler. We both ordered coffee ☕️.

The coffee was good and our meals arrived in a timely manner. The meals were good too.

The service was great! Our coffee cups were refilled numerous times.

Atmosphere wasn't okay.

All and all a good eating experience. I would go back again. 👍😊

We stopped to eat while on our way to Sugar Mountain. The food was delicious and our waitress, Jennifer, was absolutely lovely.

Great local spot! Went for dinner on vacation. Service was top notch. Better than what I’ve gotten at fancy restaurants. Food was very good, came out very fast and hot. Portion sizes were bigger than average and the bill didn’t break the bank. We all left full and happy.
