After our appetizer of hush puppies arrived a cockroach ran across the table towards the hush puppies, i mashed the cockroach with the menu on the table and left the cockroach on the menu. Well lost my appetite, so reported the cockroach to staff and left with the intentions of never returning. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share.

We were traveling through Hickory and decided to stop in. We ordered the crab cakes, calamari, and jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab meat. All were seasoned very well and delicious. The service was awesome. We live an hour and a half away, but the food was so delicious we are considering returning soon 😊.

Worst seafood ever if you even want to call it that. They don't cook it to order, which means it sets until they sell it, which was evident by our food arriving in 3 minutes after we ordered. We felt absolutely terrible for 2 days after eating there and won't ever go back.

Ordered the calabash shrimp/flounder combo special and onion rings. Loved the onion rings. The seafood was very good and way too much for just one meal. Never even touched my baked potato so I had plenty for another meal. Great deal for the money.
This restaurant has very good food and excellent service. I ate there this evening and was very satisfied with everything! 😊
Parking: Plenty of parking around the building. Handicap accessible on the backside of the building. But there's an incline onto the walkway not too far from the door. It goes in the back of the restaurant into the Oyster bar, but that was ok with me.
