The bag sandwiches were horrible. The bottom buns were chewy and the sandwiches were mainly bread. Not worth it. I also paid 6.99 each and in side had the 5.99 signs up. Was told today was last day for 5.99???? Ok no offer to make me happy…

The biscuits here are horrible. Maybe 1 in 10 chance of it not being flat and OVERCOOKED. Just no excuse for it but terrible management. Last strike!!!!!

On Saturday July the 27th, I came into Hardee’s to get an order of fries and a drink. The man working the front register, whose name is Dexter, took my order. He then proceeded to put his bare hands in the trash near the drink machine to push the trash down, and came back to the kitchen to make my food, WITHOUT washing his hands. Absolutely nasty. I confront Michelle, another shift lead about it and she made her apologies and proceeded to offer to remake my food. Dexter, then unprofessionally came up to me and kept talking about Michelle. How she didn’t wash her hands either. I then proceeded to just walk out of the store. Michele proceeded to come to where I work and give me my money back. Michele is a very sweet and professional lady, and I enjoy getting to see her and speak with her every time I come to get my food. What I don’t appreciate Is hearing about another employee, causing drama about other employees behind their back, when he’s the problem himself. If you have a business and want to keep customers coming in, run it like one. I’m a regular, but I can assure you that if this problem Isn’t addressed I will not be coming back.
