What a culinary delight! I had the salmon bahn mi sandwich, dripping with deliciousness. The turkey back grilled was beyond fabulous too! And the sweet potato fries and maple Brussels sprouts were the perfect complements. Do not miss this place!

Great sandwiches. I honestly want to rate this place 5-star, but they seem to ALWAYS be out of pork belly. Either have the ingredients for the sandwiches you offer, or remove them from the menu. I’ve visited 3-times now, and they always state that they’re out.

I tried this place for the 1st time on my lunch break. It was very busy at that time, so my wait was rather long, on top of a mix-up with my order. However, I commend the guy who took my order for making up for this by giving me a card in which he punched all 10 holes for me to receive a free sandwich in the future. During the rush, I witnessed the waitress being very efficient with her service to the customers who were dining in. I ordered my turkey reuben to go, which was delicious. I'm glad to have this place just a couple blocks from my workplace..and will definitely be going back.

We were driving through Hickory and just googled a lunch spot. Hatch came up with great reviews so we decided to make a stop. Place was buzzing with people and a queue. Staff was trying to handle phone orders and in-store orders so we didn’t try to ask any questions. Board showed a great selection of sandwiches and Thanksgiving turkey caught our eyes. Maybe it was not the right choice as the sandwich we received was underwhelming. We have never seen a Turkey sandwich so sad looking. Definitely not giving a Thanksgivings vibe. Made us regret that we didn’t stop at Jersey Mike’s. If pulled pork sandwiches are the specialty, will be good to know on the board.

Good sandwiches but very expensive. Not a place for everyday. Asked for fries and was told they were out. We went with another couple and her side of brussel sprouts was missing. They brought her some when we asked about it. Then our order came out and one of our plates had brussel sprouts on it instead of the chips we had ordered so things clearly got a bit mixed up. I had the club sandwich which was excellent
Little crowded at peak times but that’s never a bad sign The pulled pork Bahn Mi was fantastic and the service was amazing drove an hour to get here and I’d probably do double that knowing what I know now 10/10…5 stars…go eat something here I feel like they had something for everyone

Best tuna sandwich I've ever had!! Stopped while we were looking for houses. Moving to the area in September and plan to go back as soon as we get here! Love this place! Hubby loved his sandwich as well!!
