I went to this restaurant last night and had a horrible experience from start to finish.
It took a long time just to be seated. Once we were finally sat, our server acknowledged us and said she would be back, but after waiting an extended amount of time, she never returned. Two different waitresses came by our table to ask if we had been helped, and we explained that we already had a server and were assuming she would come back.
After waiting even longer, I had to ask another server if she could take our order because we were only stopping for a quick meal and wanted to get back on the road. Our server was covering the bar area as well as tables inside and outside the bar. The restaurant didn’t appear very busy, especially considering once our order was finally placed, the food came out quickly.
The food itself was disappointing. My boyfriend ordered curly fries, but they were broken up, undercooked, and didn’t resemble curly fries at all. I ordered my burger well done, but it came out medium well. At that point, after waiting so long, we just wanted to eat and leave.
The service was extremely poor, but I was still willing to leave a tip because I don’t like dining somewhere and leaving nothing, even when the experience is bad. I’ve eaten at this location many times before, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning.
When it came time to pay, I needed to use Apple Pay, so I walked to the bar with the waitress. My card was accidentally swiped for someone else’s bill, which I immediately pointed out. The manager was called to issue a refund. I even told the waitress she could keep the charge since I planned to leave at least a $5 tip anyway. She responded by saying “that was fine because she wasn’t expecting a tip anyways”, which only confirmed that she did not put effort into serving us.
The manager showed very little concern, offered no apology, and acted as though the situation wasn’t an issue. I am now left with multiple pending transactions on my Apple Pay and have to wait for them to process.
I am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. The server’s name was Ashley. While I understand she may have had a lot of tables, she should not have been assigned more than she could handle, especially while also running the bar, when there were other servers available. To top it off, we asked for a sweet tea to go and were given unsweetened tea instead.
Nothing went right last night, and the overall service and management at this location were unacceptable.

Hooters’ reputation made it seem like a much more cheerful and friendly place than it actually was. The staff seemed a bit unenthusiastic and monotone, the food was pretty average, but the place itself had a really nice atmosphere!

Saturday evening. The restaurant wasn't too busy, and the staff was attentive. I would choose this place over Texas R or Gold C in this town for the lack of wait time and the better service. They also have larger TVs for watching games.

I haven't been to this Hooters yet but I'm going to be trying it. Kind of hard to believe that it's so bad that nobody post any pictures of real life action in this place the gals must be stuck up and the place must be boring as hell. Stay tuned update will be coming soon.

So disappointing, I know I can go anywhere for wings but always go to Hooters they have the best wings. They change their sauce and it's absolutely horrible. The waitress tried her best to make everything right. Without the original wing sauce no reason to come back.

Ordered online takeout last night from the Hickory location. It was close to the hotel we were staying at. The wings were really gross. I tried 1 of each. Neither of us understood how hot wings and naked wings should taste so bad. The mild hot sauce had two textures. It was almost like it was mixed with peanut butter. I was actually concerned about it and couldn’t dip into it a second time. Both sauces tasted odd. We ordered two orders of onion rings and there didn’t actually seem to be any onion in them. Just breading. We went to bed hungry and wasted close to $60.

The best customer service I've had from a Hooters, ever. The manager was on the spot for everything making the experience more enjoyable. I think the place could have been a bit cleaner for sure. The dining room was good, but if this wall by the bar looks the way it did, how does the rest of the kitchen look?
I sat at the bar for my lunch. One of the guys pulled the under counter ice machines out and was cleaning behind it. It was nasty. I couldn't even finish my lunch. This should be done during closed hours, not when customers are there and can see this disgusting mess. Otherwise, the service was great. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My wife and I have ate at Hooters for many years. We have always loved the wings and the friendly, professional service at our local restaurant. However, prices have more than doubled, they have shrunk the choices on the menu, and they now charge $.99 for ranch instead of allowing one per serving of wings. It’s not the $.99, it’s the already high prices and the principle of the matter.

Finished my tea, only to find a fly in my ice!!! My lettuce was brown and the grilled chicken sandwich wasn't good. Ask for extra crispy wings, the weren't. Sent them to cook a little longer, came back uneatable! First and last time for us!!!
