We went on a Sunday after lunch. I got the pineapple teriyaki burger, which was good, but didn't have teriyaki sauce and I had to go ask for it. They give you a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready. You go pick it up, make your own drinks, etc. We also had the loaded fries, but it had little cheese and it wasn't melted. They definitely weren't worth the $8. My 10yr old wanted plain ramen, they didn't offer kids sizes, and they still charged us $12 for plain noodles. The food was mediocre, overpriced and we probably won't go back. After you eat you have to clean up your table and put your dishes in the proper place as well.

I am basing this review off of personal preference here, but I don't love how the boba is a slushy/frozen texture. There are a lot of "blended" options to choose from, but I wish if they could also be offered as regular teas. Just because of that I get boba only when I am not in the Hickory area. I don't enjoy the food here but my family does. I do like the atmosphere of this restaurant, it is very cute and service is good most of the time.

I had my first visit to Bubbly's and it will be my last. Very disappointed that I ordered a rice bowl (rice was very mushy, worst I ever had), but even worse is, I said no onion or shrimp sauce and asked for soy instead, and I was CHARGED for a side of soy sauce. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Soy sauce is not that expensive and should be a cost of doing business, not passed on to your customer. But if someone opts out for the provided sauce, which shrimp sauce is way more expensive than soy, you shouldn't charge. Just lost my business and if anyone asks me about this place, thumbs down.

Had the chicken teriyaki bowl and it came with shrimp sauce but the shrimp sauce was super spicy and the menu didn’t know what it wanted to be American or Asian they need to pick one and stick to it food was super mediocre

We stopped by for dinner from our trip and we were huge group so we had to all scatter in different tables. The food were prepared pretty quick didn’t have to wait long to pick our food. Toilets are clean and has diaper changing station. Plenty of parking space. Food was good but ramen was most loved by everyone. I enjoyed my Banh mi sandwich. Kids enjoyed Teriyaki chicken bowl. Over all good experience.

First time and it was delicious. We had the pho fries, spicy Korean wings, and banh mi pork sandwich. Wings were not spicy, but super crunchy and delicious. The fries were huge and delicious. Very heavy on the cilantro though. The sandwich had pork falling out of it and very fresh vegetables.

It's just ok. The bread for the pork bahn mi is tough and chewy. Not good. I don't recommend it. Everything inside the pork bahn mi is ok. The bahn mi burger is ok, but the burger itself is kinda bland. The kimchi fries are decent and worth trying. If we go back I'll probably get a rice bowl or ramen.

The state of the restaurant is abhorrent. We used to go there regularly but within the last year every time we'd go in there were spills, sticky spots, and piles of trash everywhere. Dishes also piled up at the trash bin.
I would come back in a heartbeat if they were cleaner because the food is excellent. It makes me worry about the state of their kitchen since the front of house is so unkempt.
To owner: please, please clean up and you'll get more business!
